I ate here on Friday night and the food was great. Ordered again on Monday 11/20/2023 and we I arrived to pickup my order the restaurant was closed until further notice. I have tried to contact someone……anyone to get a refund and cannot get a response.

Waitress just seemed to not care much about hospitality from the beginning. I tried to be nice but she just seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there. I couldn't hardly hear her questions, she forgot to ring up my husband's food and then didn't even get it taken off the ticket properly after saying she would (it must have been to hard to do that and take off a kids meal for kids night ). The whole staff just seemed a little off and it was not a great experience this time.

Good philly cheese steak. **Edit** This place has become notorious for being out of something. Today it was hot sauce. No hot sauce for my shrimp poboy. Last time no shrimp poboy. A buddy of mine has not gotten his menu item the last 3 visits. I'm about to take my biz elsewhere. I can understand the occasional mishap. The wait staff is friendly enough, but if I can't get a consistent (positive) experience out of a restaurant why would I go back? That new building on Memorial Drive isn't going to fix these problems.

We made a quick stop for food and to stretch our legs headed home from quick road trip at this cute 80's theme burger and shake spot. They have chicken and steak sub options too. The waiter was pleasant and took our order fairly quick.

One poor waitress running around waiting on a restaurant half full... while 3 waitress all took a break at the same time. We were inside the restaurant for over an hour while they were on break. What a poor job on management.
I would highly recommend this restaurant. Great food, great customer service all around. I wish they could bring that restaurant to Dublin.

2nd visit. not as good as the first. Onion rings were way over cooked. Had the bacon cheeseburger. It was pretty good.. think the patty was overcooked as well. Milkshake is total liquid form. No thickness at all. Probably was our last visit. And that's sad. When they first opened. It was really good.

When I went inside, I already noticed that they were short staffed but once i got my food... the burger was cooked to perfection, the cheese melted perfectly, and the onion rings were delicious. You got a customer in me.

I came with my family the other day and there was this one waitress named Krystal, and even though the store was swamped and she was busy, she still came and checked up on us often and even went in the kitchen and cooked the food then came back and checked on our table.She was speedy and friendly but not too overly friendly, amazing service.

Love the ole time vibe here. Maybe I caught the cooks on the wrong day I wasn't thrilled about my food but I also grabbed just tenders and fries for a long drive. I will give them another try and will try something different on the menu. Absolutely can't wait to try their shakes!! The kids meals come in a really cool car box and my girls were thrilled about it!
