I have nothing negative to say about the staff or the service. The reason for this review is to be honest KFC is not my favorite chicken to eat however I did business with KFC because I really did like the hot wings. The hot wings were the only reason I went to KFC however they felt the wings weren't worth keeping on the menu. I am not going to say I am done with KFC, I will check every so often to see if they find the wings were worth the trouble to keep and put the back on their menu. If that happens I will return to do business again. Until then I will buy my chicken else where.

Paid 9$ for a famous bowl combo. It had no fries and the famous bowl was like 5 bites of food. I can't believe I just paid 9 dollars for a drink and 5 bites of mash potatoes. Never again.

I came through the drive through at this location recently, mind you, I have frequented this restaurant and never had issues. But on this day, a young black female cashier took my order and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Leaving me at the intercom without effectively taking my order in a timely manner with no apology, and then she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and appear very disturbed when I pulled around to pay for my order. So the male manager had to take my money while she fiddled with napkins looking out the window at me, still with a visible attitude even though she was just rude towards me when taking my order. Mind you, I have never seen this young lady a day in my life, but it's just concerning to know these are the type of people working closely and around your food. Hopefully she can be retrained on what her job duties consist of because even if you are having a bad day, customers should never pick that up. You have a job to do.

I think their priority is drive through. I waited for 15 minutes inside at the counter and no one helped me.. the staff just kept walking by ignoring the lineup inside the restaurant, so I left. I don’t think they’ll be getting my business in the future.

Waycross servers did very well in filling my order.
We will never get KFC again!! It’s our Anniversary and these days money is dear, but we chose KFC as a “treat”. Our food was cold, our corn was BROWN, 2 of our 8 pieces were small wings with very little meat and a lot of breading. We called customer service and we were kept on hold for OVER an hour, only to be told that 50% refund was all they could do, and we could expect that in 72 business hours!!! Very disappointing!
