Customers SHOULD NOT have to have a child with them to order a kids meal. I've ordered kids meals to go before but got denied this time. I don't understand the reasoning behind denying someone food if they are paying for it.

Reuben sandwich comes with thousand island. When you pay for a specialty sandwich you shouldn’t have to pay extra for a condiment that should already be on the sandwich. The manager is a nasty disrespectful person.In your response that is inaccurate. There was none. I took the sandwich to the counter and showed them. Your manager didn’t even look at it. Ask if I was going to pay extra for an ingredient that’s supposed to go on the sandwich. I said no and she threw my order in the trash. Now that’s customer service. The customers in the dining room said they are sick and tired of being up charged for condiments. Usually I’ll pay for extra but this time there was none on a speciality sandwich. The manager’s attitude more than likely is going to lose you a lot of customers because of this.

I ordered 2 Camel Riders and whole order of mushrooms and a half order of mushrooms to go. Asked the girl before leaving if my ranch was in there, she said, “ yes she personally put them in.”Drive 35 minutes home to get there and NO RANCH!!!!!. Called the store spoke to manager. She said she would give me credit for ranch. I explained I didn’t buy extra ranch and I’m not eating the mushrooms without ranch. Told her I can bring them back tomorrow cause they will not be ate. She tells me not necessary So I thought we understood I was wanting the replacement of the mushrooms for free the next time since they were not ate. I call the following week to place the same order girl said she have to talk to the manager about the free mushrooms. She Comes back on the line and says the manager says you can get your free ranch. What good will that do they don’t charge for ranch with mushrooms so therefore they’re not giving me anything for the mushrooms in the trash that didn’t get ate. The staff needs a training course in customer service. I will not be back.

Just not like it use to be the Fries suck should go back to crinkle. The sandwichs dont taste as good as they did. They charged for ranch to go with fried pickles which was overly salty, went back to try again waited for our food for an hour to come to find out they lost our ticket soo we just asked for a refund which they didn't want to do but wasn't waiting any longer . Could definitely work on customer service skills.
Awesome food and great service. One of the best in town. Italian sub was fresh hot and delicious. Pimento burger was really juicy with amazing taste. Potato salad was creamy and ranch flavored- very very good. Will definitely go back. Don't pay attention to their low rating. Food is awesome!

Cockroachs crawling on seats, $75 for 2 kids and 3 adult to eat. The deep fried mushrooms were grease soaked. They messed up the order, forgot food... took us over an hour and half to get our food. The phillys were cold, have absolutely nothing good to say about this experience. And the worst part is they were not even busy... there was 5 tables including ours, i even checked the back room to make sure they didnt have a big group back there. Nope, 1 table of 3.
The shrimp bites were very good and their baby cakes are awesome..

I ordered the Rueben. I’m almost scared to order a Rueben as places tend to get it wrong. Not Michael’s! The Rueben was amazing! I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed.The deli was clean, our server was a sweetheart.The women’s room had a sign about potential water on the floor from a leaky AC, but otherwise, an enjoyable lunch experience.Parking: Plenty of parking
