My delivery driver gave herself a tip wrote on the receipt after I signed saying I was giving her a $12 tip. I didn’t know until the next morning I most definitely will be calling them.

This papa johns has terrible service. You can stand by the register for 15 minutes ( literally) without be acknowledged or have anyone make eye contact with you. Crew members have a very negative attitude EVERYTIME I go in there. It's obvious that franchise owners give the lowest amount of care humanly possible about how their store is run. Hell, I just go to little Caesars from now on.

Overall the best pizza place in ware county. Good service, food and prices. Pizza hut comes in 2nd because, though good, they are pricey. Dominos is hands down the worst service of any business anywhere from employees to management to corporate. We love pizza and have tried them all multiple times.....every time papa's has been the best by far. They are now the only place I will go. You couldn't pay me to go back to dominos.

They have draconian rules for hiring delivery drivers. I have personally stopped and talked to the managers of their restaurant on the road around town and asked them 'what the hell are you doing driving'?It's above their station or paygrade to change that. Too bad. It's costing them a fortune in lost profits.

Just ordered today and been calling since our order was delivered and no one is picking up the phone. So first off the door dasher and her boyfriend show up to the door?? he’s standing there vaping over our food that he’s holding, half of our items are missing and then the girlfriend proceeds to tell us they can’t take cash ( the ghetto). Can’t take the food back to the store and can’t leave the food here but could accept cashapp wheeeewww. Do better Papa John’s and advertise that you have replaced delivery drivers with door dashers that looked like they literally rolled out of the bed at 2pm when the order was placed. Purely disgusting now I have to drive up there to get the items that were not delivered!

Okay so I have revised review and gave this restaurant 4 stars. I kept the service and atmosphere at 1 star because my food never made it to me even though I placed an order online and they said it would. I was able to get it rectified thankfully by the owner who emailed me telling me he wanted to know what he could do to fix it and I did let him know I just wanted a refund. I think this restaurant is short drivers so just keep that in mind when ordering delivery from them. That was something I wasn't aware of but they do have door dash driving for them and my food never even made it to me.

As long as you order before 3pm, you’re fine. But Adriana* and her crew are so rude and uncouth. She lacks decorum and proper business etiquette but unfortunately the leadership she’s under is no better. I’ll only be ordering in the morning when here.

I order 2 medium pizza and cheese sticks tonite at 6:20 and it took 3 hours for them to be delivered and when they got here I was missing the cheese sticks and the delivery driver said to call them and he would go back up there and get them well I called them and a black girl picks up and tells me that they couldn't send the cheese sticks back out because they have a 2 hour wait and I said so I just paid for cheese sticks that I don't have and she was very rude and hung up the phone I will never order Papa John's again they use to be good but they done got sorry and I wouldn't even leave 1 star if It didn't make me leave one and on top of everything u can tell my pizza was sitting there for a lil while because it was cold like it been in a fridge or something

Placed order for 2 medium pizzas for carryout through the app. Order was estimated to be ready in 40-45 minutes. It took exactly 2 hours to get my order. And anytime I asked about it, the person I asked would just walk away and I could never get an answer until it was actually finally ready. Even then, I wasn't given any sort of explanation, an apology, or anything. I wasn't the the only one waiting there that long. There were others there at the same time as well being treated just as rudely.
