It was really busy when we arrived but there was no wait. We were seated quickly, got our chips and salsa, and given menus. My wife had a serious bell pepper allergy. The server did not speak a lot of English but he understood allergy and bell pepper. He was very careful to make sure he food was treated with care. She had fajitas and was happy to see there were vegetables like squash and zucchini, since she can't have the peppers or was a great touch. I had the enchiladas Verde. Usually the options for this are chicken or pork. I had it with beef tips and they were really good. The server was very attentive to our needs despite being so busy. Our son just moved here so I bet we will be here regularly.

I know that the food here is great. Don't expect spicy salsa tho! Really nothing to complain about. I order here often. Here's is my problem, as I'm sitting here waiting on my to go order there are five employees seated at the bar, as speaking in Spanish and cursing like sailors and some have spoken poorly about customers. I'm glad nobody has said anything about me, but the bar is not a break room and this is where guests walk in and also wait for their orders, and I feel like it's pretty inappropriate that because it's in Spanish that cursing and vulgar talk is acceptable. Nobody knows who may walk into this place of BUSINESS and may speak the language and be highly offended, such as I have. I run a restaurant and zero bad language is allowed near guests, no matter what language. If it were in English, guests would really out! Please do better!
I've been here with my family for years, multiple times. We always have great service. We always have great drinks. We always have great food. I like sitting in the back more than I like sitting in the front. I really recommend this place. They have an extensive and varied menu and everything is really delicious and fresh. The bar is Also spot on. Great value I always am happy with my bill. If you're in Waycross, and you're looking for a great and wholesome meal, surrounded by a fun environment and bar, you should consider rodeo. It's a locals choice!

The food is ok. But the service is like everywhere else. They don't care. Won't be returning.The floors weren't clean trash and food all over under the tables, and it was early enough in the day that it shouldn't have been like that. Wonder what the kitchen looks like. The person who seated us didn't seem to care about his job. Basically, he tossed the menu on the table and walked off. And was texting while he was doing it. Wow. This place needs a revamp. But I guess you can't get good help anywhere these days.
We really enjoyed the service and the atmosphere felt very authentic!! Salsa and lemonade tastes were off a little. Queso was great! Meal was great. Wife was looking for soul cream, but did not find any.

Me and my boyfriend ate there for the first time and it was wonderful. The food was great the service was and the dinning area was clean.... the dinner was amazing overall. Great place, I highly recommend this restaurant as a #1 choice.
