Me and my friends come to eat cause we was hungry and the woman who was taking care of table we told her we wanted fries not tater tots instead of fries well we told her they gave us the wrong thing then she started getting a attitude I don’t think I will ever eat here again

Me and my boyfriend got to Ruby Tuesdays between 7-8 and was seated and then the waitress asked what we wanted to drink and we got that and then just said we wanted the salad bar, we go to get the salad bar and it hardly had anything on it, people were standing around waiting for plates to be put out, there was no cheese, no ham, a lot of the veggies were missing too, we sat at our table after eating two really small salads of what we could get from the bar.. we sat there and waited a while for it to be restocked and no one really seemed in a hurry to restock it.. we were not the only ones waiting for it to be restocked.. we decided to just get the check and leave.. we were kind and left the waitress a tip because we didn’t feel it was her fault but pretty sickening we had to pay $33 for two small plates of barely nothing and some water..

Victor Victor Victor!!!! Chef Victor, is fabulous…. It has never been a time I went there and EVERYTHING was perfect, even down to my appetizers…. Man he cooks a perfect steak…. If Victor is in the kitchen, then yal should be in there sittin’♥️♥️♥️ Good Job

Hello-unfortunately, I’m here to leave a bad review. My husband and I have went out of our way to support Ruby Tuesday’s in the last two years. We normally dine in for dinner and have been satisfied. The service has been great.BUT This is about last night when we had takeout. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger and paid extra for the bacon, but there was no bacon on his burger. I ordered the shrimp scampi which I was told was new. The shrimp still had their tails, The pasta and shrimp was very dry, just some oil and hardly any flavor mixed in. I was very dissatisfied. Probably the worst order we’ve ever had. And the worst part was the total was $34 with no sides. I hope they do better because we do like the salad bar but not sure when we’re going back.

Came to this location at 2pm. I'm Friday January 19th 2024 a proximately 6 cars in the parking lot basically no one in the restaurant 10 minute wait in the lobby only. To be told it would be longer.I asked for the manager she said she was the manager and I said. Why aren't you helping out if you don't have enough help to get us seated at least get us a glass of water? Deer in the headlight lookI will never come back to this place again.Really wanted the salad bar and again the salad bar was not refreshed after lunch. It looked horrible step it up Ruby Tuesdays.
It was our first time back here in months, and it was to say the least, not too good. The service was poor, the floors of the restaurant were not clean and there was still food laying on counters from where it had not been cleaned yet. When we received our food, which we ordered a burger, it was bland and all you could taste was the meat. The BBQ sauce that was supposed to be on the burger already had to be brought out by our server. We were disappointed with what is supposed to be a great place to eat.

1st customer in the place at 11am. Salad bar was nasty, not full. Actually looked like the night b4 mess. Dressing dried to sides of the serving bowls. Choices were not filled, just looked leftover. Potato soup tasted like warmed up yesterday's

We ate in the bar area and. Tiffany's Axsome was awesome. The drinks were perfect. Best cosmo We had the best time.Dietary restrictions: Diabetes in group, the grilled chicken and salad bar were perfect.

Lou Lou, our waitress was absolutely amazing! She took care of us so well and paid attention to ever detail. She even helped with my 7 month old baby. It was my first time ever at Ruby Tuesday. She will be the reason my family returns.
