We have not been to Subway in a long time because the service is usually awful. However, my son wanted a foot long roast beef sub and I thought that wouldn't be too complicated. We pulled up to the drive through menu and noticed two cars ahead of us. There was a handwritten sign in the menu board stating that we needed to pull ahead to order. After a lengthy wait, we finally pulled around and were the second car in line, but I noticed the car that had just pulled off actually turned in and parked. The car ahead of us sat at the window for about ten minutes and pulled off. I pulled up to the window and saw one employee inside. She or he never acknowledged us and seemed busy with the inside customers. We left. I won't try a subway in Waycross again. They are understaffed and poorly managed.
The new garlic cheesy bread ate delicious and new menu cookies and alot more come bk and see us we love being part of y'all breakfast lunch and dinner thanks to subway team

I ordered a small platter for a gathering late in the day, and it was ready within an hour. The bread was freshly made and ingredients hearty. The customer service was excellent with friendly and professional staff.
