Went to Waycross Sucheros today, and I was disappointed in the customer service. One young lady (had glasses) was attentive and friendly. The others two at the grill and chips was too involved in their conversation. The guy burnt the lady's quasidilla in front of me TWICE. The grill and work area was nasty. SO GLAD THE JESUP SUCHEROS IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON POINT. They will get my money from now on.

Three recent visits for best 2 out of 3. I love Sucheros. Yes, the price point is high but I can get the chicken burrito bowl and eat it for two days. So that price is actually two lunches. Day time visits seem to be the way to go. Night time is a big no for me. Dirty floors and standing around waiting for a pick up order that had been ready. During the day, the service is phenomenal and everything is kept clean. I'm looking forward to going back very soon.

The employees are always nice and welcoming, but the food has taken a swing into the darkness. Having it fresh made in front of you, you would think that it would be fresh and crisp. I ordered nachos, with very little of any kind of sauce,yet when I sat down to eat them, the chips had gotten so soggy that it was basically a bowl of mush. Mind you, it was within 5 mins of receiving it. With the price I paid, I should have just told the people and have them remake it, but what would be the point. The food used to be GREAT, where has that gone?!?!???

Nice place to eat. But I don’t understand the need to charge 1.69 for less than a shot glass of queso cheese added on my burrito. Nobody should have to pay that much for suck a small quantity. Zaxby’s only charges .50 for extra sauces.
Like a Chipotle, build your own type of service. Staff was great, food was delicious, nice clean store.

We stopped in after a swim meet for lunch this last Saturday and I’ve never left a review anywhere but felt the need to get on and let this store know they are doing a great job. The employees, each and everyone of them was so friendly and welcoming. They were really busy and the lady that took our order was super sweet and let us sample the pork and steak since we hadn’t tried the pork before. Both were seasoned perfectly. My husband and daughter had the steak and I had the chicken. All of it was fresh and delicious! The queso was on point! It was smooth and creamy. The infused drinks were delicious. My main point I wanted to point out really was the employees. They were kind, caring and welcoming, each and everyone of them, I believe there were 5 were just fun to interact with. It made the whole experience a positive one. We only wish we lived closer to visit more often.
