I've been several times this year 2024, this last visit was enough! I ordered a Sausage Egg Swiss Croissant, got a biscuit instead and the potato wedges were way over cooked and were not edible. Filled with grease and hard. But this location has made my orders wrong multiple times and the food is not that great. There has been times where they weren't busy.... so what's the issue?

I got pecan apple salad it was very good but they forgot my apples. I also got the orange dream frosty it is amazing. Highly recommend it.

I tried to make an order by phone for a family to pick up who couldn't speak English well. I was told they can't do that anymore unless the person was there. I advised her he was there, and tried to walk in and the lobby was closed until 9. So I was told he had to go in her drive thru to the window and call her back to order, but her drive thru was full so that would be difficult. They are extremely rude and unaccommodating for even something as simple as that. This isn't our first bad experience with terrible customer service here. Don't recommend.

My friends and I went here to drop off a friend and order a quick bite. The food was fast and good. The place was pretty empty near 10 pm, like most places around this time in waycross. Not a bad place to get a bite.Parking: Very easy to get parking, as there are lots of spots.Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair ramp but not a button to open the door. Places to sit as well.

This particular Wendy's has a tendency to not give the customer a receipt at the end of the purchase. This is particular to the drive through and look at you like you're crazy for asking for a receipt. The customer service skills at the Waycross store is deplorable during the evening.

I got two biggie sacks one with chicken sandwich the other double bacon stack all items were cold than I ordered a vanilla frosty they gave me chocolate I took it right back they put the chocolate frosty back into the Frosty machine than made me a chocolate frosty the floor inside was slippery it was mopped with the wrong mop that is for the prep area so the front floors are greasy this location is not going by Wendy policy at all I will not be back to this location. I used to work for Wendy's in Cincinnati oh 10775 Reading Rd location restaurant I can't believe how this location is even open and operating in southeast Georgia major changes need to be made ASAP

I don't understand why this restaurant is getting good reviews. Every time I go in there I'm ignored by workers. There is zero eye contact to see who's standing there. I frequently have to call out to get their attention. And, I'm often met with confusion and managers telling employees to go back to their position and " I'm not going to tell you again" comments. It's not a friendly environment by any means. If you're white, you'll get that dead pan stare like " what do you want". Wendy's corporate should be ashamed of this store.
