I’ve stopped at the wboro store 3 times in the past week to get food, left all 3 times hungry. We are out of chicken was my favorite. We only accept cards. It will be at least 5 minutes to get your order. It an awful place to go for food.

Ordered 8 piece family meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. Got 7 soggy with cold potatoes. Ordered three 6 piece wings with different sauces. Got sauce with wings. Sauce drenched bag and a busted ranch. That took 22 mins for them to bring out to me. Attitude saying is that finally all. Completely lost our business! I’ll take my 52$ somewhere else!

In the past I have had poor experience with the Popeyes in Waynesboro, Georgia, but my last visit was my final visit. Not only did I end up with the wrong order when I got home, but I waited 45 MINUTES to get my order. In my opinion the corporate office should disenfranchise this store, or get it under new ownership!

I used the app to order and pay For 6 honey bbq wings and a drink, I sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes, then the lady opens the window n said "You waiting on 6 Ghost pepper wings, I said No ma'am they was Honey BBQ, she just shut the window, Then about 10 more minutes later She handed me a bag, I confirmed with her by asking her Are they Honey BBQ?? She said yes, when I got home and ate one, My mouth was on fire, they just took the ghost pepper wings and put honey bbq sauce over them, I have been to this location 3 times in the last 2 months and Everytime they have been awful
When we first arrived, we thought they were closed. They forgot to turn the outside lights on. The chicken was nice and hot. They were out of macaroni, Cajun fries, and honey. The biscuits were extremely hard. I had to ask for another biscuit. It just so happens a fresh batch was coming out of the oven. The apple pie is very tasty. It just has a lot of cinnamon sugar on it. Once I took some of the sugar off, it tasted better.

I have been to this establishment twice. Two years apart from one another and both times the staff had an excuse for not allowing us to purchase product from them. Once out of chicken once the chicken fingers would take 45 minutes to cook. The staff seemed to enjoy telling us we were out of luck. I will stop by again.
