I’m giving Starfish Bakery 10 stars. My significant other brought me a coconut cake and we drove from Statesboro, Ga to Wilmington Island, Ga to buy this cake. When I say it was well worth the hour 10 minutes drive it was!!!! The cake is moist and the flavor of coconut was throughout the cake. The was beyond delicious. I have purchased throughout the years and never had a cake that tasted so devine. This is my bakery from now on I will buy no other cake elsewhere. Mrs. Cathy really takes pride in baking her cakes and only used quality ingredients.
