We always have a great time at Agave Azul. Their margaritas don't disappoint and the atmosphere is super cute! Staff is friendly and our food never takes too long. I recommend this place if your walking around the mall and want lunch/ dinner!

Came here for dinner with my family after shopping. We were greeted and sat immediately. The server was very nice and took good care of us. The chips, salsa, and queso were tasty. We order esquite which tasted good but come with large pieces of jalapeños. wish they would put smaller pieces in there so it's easier to eat. We order a kid's mac and cheese plate with fries. The fries were good but the mac and cheese was dry. We also got the fish tacos which were filling but was a little bland, a burrito that was very filling and my husband enjoyed, and one cheese enchilada with rice. The rice was bland and enchilada was very tiny. Decorations inside are pretty and there's a bar inside as well.

Worst experience! My chicken in my taco was RAW. I just happened to cut into my chicken in my taco and it was raw. Service was also terrible.

What drew my wife and I to Agave Azul restaurant was they offered $5 margaritas! Who doesn't like a good margarita? We walked inside and immediately liked the atmosphere of this restaurant. They had a good vibe with dance music playing and decor that made it feel like authentic Mexican restaurant with day of the dead decor and tequila posters around. We asked to be seated out in the screened patio area of the restaurant since it was a very nice day with the sun out. We immediately ordered the $5 dollar margaritas and had chips and salsa brought to the table. Our server, Alejandro, was very pleasant and friendly. He offered water with the drinks and said we would enjoy them. That was an understatement. We LOVED those Bad Bunny margaritas. We expected a little plastic cup with typical frozen margarita but these were presented nicely in a glass that was larger than expected. We ordered guacamole and asked for more chips to go with it. Then we ordered a margarita flight with 4 different drinks and each of them were very tasty ! The tamarind margarita was my other favorite besides the Bad Bunny. We had to order 3 Mexican steak tacos to help with all of the drinking we were doing. I really enjoyed the outside area with their wall made up to take pics for social media and our server was very attentive to our needs and asked us to make sure we return. We will definitely be back to The Agave Azul Mexican restaurant to enjoy another round of margarita flights and try more of their tasty Mexican tacos or the enchilada we saw at another table.

Don't recommend this place totally ignored for 15 minutes didn't give menus nothing she wasn't busy had one guy at the bar she gave all her attention to, wouldn't even bring menus or ask what we wanted to drink nothing

There was a sign out front for $5.99 margaritas. We ordered “2 of the margaritas on special” specifically. The bill came out as $12 per margarita. We alerted the waitress to the mistake. She was very sweet. The manager came over and told us we were wrong. We went back out front and took a picture of the sign. He told us that was the back of the sign and we were wrong… he did eventually honor the deal. But the experience was very unpleasant.

Think twice before eating here! We came in around 8:45pm on a Thursday. The restaurant was not busy and the food took forever. The taste was ok, but 10 mins after finishing my food it gave me the worst stomach ache. I had to stop at the QT nearby because I was not going to make it home. Could not sleep that night as I constantly had to go to the bathroom. This was the worst part, the restaurant is literally falling apart with walls tiles coming off and dirty. The table we sat at was sticky. The alcoholic drink was too sweet with syrup. Not coming back anytime soon.....

had the birrria quesadilla and it’s the best ones ive had! went back after 2 years and the food has improved ! the last time it was so bad i didn’t go again but decided to retry the place again and it didn’t disappoint! would definitely recommend and they give out good portions too!
This is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. The food is consistently good and don't miss their mouthwatering margaritas. It's a must-visit for any Mexican food enthusiast!

The other agave has wonderful food. However, this one is bad. My table of 6 didn’t eat our food because NOTHING had flavor. The queso tasted like milk. The Birria consume tasted like canola oil (I make way better at home) My rice was bland with green beans in it, but appeared red. My sister was given overcooked white rice with the appearance of mashed potatoes. My son waited 30 mins for churros even though the restaurant was empty and I reminded them twice. They were brought out while we were packing up to leave, and then after asking for a box for them the waiters disappeared and never brought one out. I’ve been to so many mexican restaurants, and some are mid, sure. But this place was legitimately bad. I would absolutely not go back.
