My kids are easy to please but didn’t like their snow cones, which is hard to imagine, they said it had a fake orange flavor or was dusty. Mine was fine I thought.I asked the staff if I could have ice cream for them instead after they had a literal bite of their small snow cones but the staff wanted to charge me, citing their costs.What costs? It’s a small cup of ice and flavoring. So he saved his maybe dollar in ice cream cost but lost our future patronage.Maybe you’d like these snow cones but for us it will be back to pelicans

Love these. Haven't tried a flavor that isn't tasty. We pass through every 2 weeks and make a point to stop. The texture is amazing. Disappointed that the past 2 times I've passed through that they have been closed. The website says temporary closed I hope it's open again soon.

My husband waited 5 mins for someone to come to the window, owner came out yelling at a drop off truck to more or he was going to call the cops. Didn’t give the guy a chance to move. Kept telling my husband to let’s just go but he decided to stay. My son who is 5 went to reach for his cup that was on the table, the owner grabbed it off the table and handed it to my husband, absolutely ridiculous and won’t be going back!

Really disappointed. Hours on google say open until 10p, and their website says open until 9p. Came at 5:45p, and closed. We drove all the way just to get sno balls

This was not a good experience. Ordered 3 different sno-balls. All were gross and had a weird taste and texture. Not enjoyable at all.

The flavors are very weak. The tamarind is definitely a very week imitation of what tamarind really taste like.
A summer time family tradition for us. Try adding the condensed milk to your sno- ball. Just don't be in a hurry.
