The ice cream is good if the place was staffed. I don’t know how many times I have walked up or pulled in just to see the workers outside/inside chatting, acknowledging I am there and continuing with their conversation. Seems to happen a lot in the evenings and afternoons.Thankfully there is a DQ directly behind them and I have been going there instead since they know how to treat a customer

Best ice cream place around! This one in particular always has the best flavors. I highly recommend the black cherry and the graham cracker flavors. Their waffle bowls and cones are amazing! Service is always wonderful.

after a long day with my family, we decided to stop at our local brusters on the way home. we were delighted when all of us were given amazing ice cream in a quick manner. kinsley was delightful and had a smile on her face, and let my little one try a flavor before ordering. will be returning happily!

The outdoor seating area needs to be cleaned. There’s ice cream around which makes the bees bad.

Went up to get a shake. Unfortunately, it was the texture of 2% milk. Not impressed by the service of the teenagers that work at the woodstock location. Overpriced and quality sucks

Writing this while currently eating in parking lot. Stood in line behind 2 girls who had already received their ice cream and were just chatting with the male employee. After a while with no acknowledgement, he called over another worker (still never acknowledging us personally) Maddie, who was so sweet to help us at another counter and he continued talking with the two girls as lines continued to form. This went on for at least 30 minutes. He and those girls had no respect for other customers or his fellow workers. Waste of a paycheck.

Dude if Customer forgot their credit card it’s your responsibility to return back immediately .the guy in the counter didnt bother and I know he deliberately kept it as he was asking for tip which I said no
Rough night tonight at Bruster's Hickory flat. Staff was incompetent and rude, out of several flavors that were posted on the menu, tried to serve melted ice cream saying trouble with the freezer. Most offensive was the kids' working lack of accountability and respect.

We were in Georgia for a family funeral. Relatives of ours who live here goes to Bruster's, and invited us. Very good ice cream. We don't have Bruster's where we live.
