My family and I have always loved the vibes and the atmosphere here. The workers and customers are always happy and the food is amazing. It's always a good choice when we come here to eat.

First time visiting Canyons at any location. I ordered the smash burger with crinkle fries and a fountain drink. The building itself is very nice. All the windows make it very scenic in its own way, and they’re all very clean too. The cashier/server was quick and friendly. The burger itself was very solid and felt like it was worth the $12. The sauce was portioned at a good level too. The crinkle fries were a bit lacking in flavor and crunch thus the four stars. The syrup levels on the Diet Coke were good and I appreciated the crushed ice. Overall, a solid place that’s clean and welcoming.

Food is mediocre, nothing to rave about; and pricey for what it is. I would not go back simply because the music is so loud it causes customers to raise their voices further making the atmosphere raucous. It is impossible to carry on a conversation.

I don’t usually put reviews on google unless it deserved it. I had a to-go order for a hamburger and fries when I ordered at the place. Came back to the house and fries and burger were completely cold… I had to reheat everything and take it out of the box. Now, I have done to-go orders before here and it was warm even when I got back to the 5 minute drive so it’s not about the drive. All I’m saying is if I’m paying for a $15 to-go meal and it’s cold, might as well go to McDonald’s or get to your local Captain D’s to get something warmer than a expensive $4 crinkle fry that may be cold or a $10 burger that may be cold. If it’s a “maybe cold” then I’m done with the place. If you have high prices for food than it better be worth it’s money but obviously not here to-go unfortunately.

Service and atmosphere were very good. The chicken tenders were delicious. When we talk about the burgers, though, fries were average, burger patties were dry, unseasoned, and cheese was barely okay.
Casual and fun dining. The chicken fingers and tater tots are delicious. Fresh food and lots to choose from on the menu. Right in the heart of old town and plenty of tables.

The staff who took our order was very nice but it took entirely too long to get our food. Given that it is basically a self-service restaurant & 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon, it should not have taken so long to get our food! We would not have minded quite so much if the food had been delicious but it was very disappointing!

We had two double smash burgers, dry, too much bread and way over done not to mention no beef taste. Disappointing! Gave two stars for the crinkle fries and Grace who came outside to greet us. Very sweet. Other than that our $25 lunch was one that shall not be repeated.
