The major problem here on my visit was the cook could not work as fast as the orders were being made. Kinda felt sorry for him. It took 30minutes to make my order. Too bad this is the only location in the area. Not sure how this makes any sense to operate but sort of fitting that this is in the outlet mall food court because it’s like an outlet version of a regular Charley’s.

Me and my sister stopped in at the food court to eat here and we were helped by a magnificent woman. Please excuse me if I fail on spelling her name correctly but her name is Ceantrise, and she was doing everything!! She was frying, putting orders together, and taking food. When I say this woman needs a raise, I MEAN IT! She is awesome!! Our food tasted amazing, we had a good laugh, and they were busy because and she still made it happen. If I could give this woman a 20 star I would.

We just left there. Saturday at 2. We walked up and the guy said we aren't serving right now. What? Saturday 12/30/23 at 2 pm. Someone needs to find a job they like and are willing to do apparently.

This was a busy place on a Sunday afternoon at the Woodstock Outlet Mall food court. We just wanted something small to snack on while we were on our walk. One regular Philly Cheese Steak sandwich served the purpose. It was big enough to satisfy two. Tasted good and was freshly made. Destiny, who took our order, was friendly. It's good to know that this place is here if we stop by.

My son who is autistic ordered a regular parm pepp cheesteak with fries and drink. He was given order #66 and waited. We encourage him to be independent for life skills so he ordered by himself. After 2 hours when we checked on him, he said he was still waiting. We panicked so we went to the food court and helped him talked with the people. When we asked about the food # 66, they said they are in the 90s now. So I said can you please prepare his order because he was not able to pick it up. The guy who was cooking preparing the meat said yes he will prepare, turned his back and said to his co worker, SOMEBODY IS TRYING TO GET A FREE MEAL! I was livid!!!! Excuse me???? I can pay for 10x of what he ordred! I told the guy in a very strict voice, excuse me did you say we are trying to get a free meal???? I am asking you to prepare his order because he did not get one! What is your name? He said, "Estes". And he turned to my son and said, I got you it will just take 10 minutes.We are so frustrated, WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE SO RUDE. instead of apologizing, they accused me of trying to get a free meal!!!!!Oct 15, ordered at 3:53, finally able to eat at 6:01.

Came here for lunch ate, and after about 45min my stomach started killing. Has to rush to the bathroom and eventually go home cause the pain was too much. Never had this happen after rating at Charley's so I'm blaming the location.

This is more sugar than the tast of lemonade...it tasted horrible. I started drinking then realized that it had more sugar than ever.
