Why do they have robots through the drive thrubif there's an actual person at the window..it seems the person they have working the window can take your order easier than having to skip through seven sales pitches for a ONE ITEM check out...do better...poor customer service when you eventually get a live

The worst order I have ever had from Checkers!! Normally, their fries are awesome! But this time they were fried so much, it was hockey puck fries! And that's the one thing I USED to love about checkers!! Then I order a baconzilla...holy crap...I have never tasted so much salt in my life!! That went into the trash along with the fries! The worst purchase I have ever made and a beyond waste of money!!!

I sat in the parking lot for at least 20 minutes waiting for a friend. During that time, not even one car came through the drive thru! When I finally drove around the building to order, I was disgusted at the dilapidated condition of the building and ordering apparatus. It didn't appear to be any better inside from what I could see through the pick up window, and the smell of grease was overwhelming! I honestly can't review the quality of the food. I decided to do a hard pass on eating food from this establishment and only picked up food for my friend. Yuk!Ironically, they have AI taking the orders. Upgrading the condition of this place would have been a wiser investment...

First time going through a drive thru that uses AI to take orders! Given the voice quality of it, it sounded a bit uncanny valley and threw both of us off at the time. The food was hot and fresh and definitly worth the wait.
The restaurant had trash all along the perimeter. The outside tables were clean but the bushes and exterior needs a trash pick up.

Looked like it was closed. Bathroom didn't work, outside seating was broke as well. People working were nice enough but could tell they probably didn't wanna work (at a place in this shape ). Fries were good though.

I come here to pick up a deliver food about 5-6 times a night. never really had an issue with the staff until today, there’s this one african American female who was extremely rude when I walked up to the window today, used foul Language and closed the window on my face when asked why was she being so rude, I need to place an order she didn’t care to listen. There was 3 other delivery drivers there who also witness this encounter and shared that this is how they usually treat the drivers and don’t care to assist. I’ve never been treated the way I was treated today by this specific employee. Knowing that this is the behavior she has with every other driver is not okay and in my opinion shouldn’t be tolerated, if she can’t offer costumer service then this isn’t the place for her. If I could, I’d love to be contacted by headquarters or corporate for this to be looked into. I will most likely see her again, I will start documenting my experience and share the atmosphere of this place.
