The new general manager is so nice! He greeted me as I walked into the restaurant. He made sure my order was right and asked me if I needed anything else. I will definitely eat here again. Thank you for having such a nice and knowledgeable person working here ?

Needed a good burger, and stopped by here. The burger, fries were cooked perfectly, the fries were hot like I love them, and the place was clean!!!! The servers were friendly, and very helpful!! Great job Checkers!!!!

There is a white guy with a goatee and tatoos on his arms that works at this location. He should not be allowed to work in the food industry. If you ever come here and he is making the food go elsewhere. I have personally seen him stick his hands in a trash can and continue on without changing his gloves, as well as picking his nose and not wash his hands and act like nothing happened. You know when you go out to eat and your stomach gets upset? It's because of people like him not following food safety protocol. So if you're ever in the Bells Ferry Walmart and see this guy make sure not to eat there.

The young girl making burgers did a phenomenal job making sure i got everything i needed and encouraged me on products that were on sale while the manager was properly supervising and helping as needed and keeping everyone on task and over all just a verypositive great environment

Stopped by to get some food for the family and this is what thy give me on the 2 for 4 chicken sandwich... I take em back and ask the kid would you eat this and he says yes with this stale glare... the chicken was so hard u couldn't even break it apart....won't be eating here again minus maybe a shake.....all.they seem to be good for

At 12/03/21 at 4:49PM I ordered a large fry and 6pc mozzarella sticks. The Host Max apparently had charged me for additional order of fries in which I had not asked for. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed for a charge and purchase I had not asked for. Please fix your communication and service. There was not even a line behind me so the host should have been paying attention and heard me clearly when there was no around! Order number: WU195

I just went in on Tuesday, November 4th around 2 p.m. and only one employee was there. It was pretty busy but the young gentleman there was doing an excellent job all by himself. Somebody get this guy some help!

I lost all respect for this place. Workers are sitting on the counter all the time after they close instead of cleaning all the workers shop. One of the girls with short curly hair wears spandex shorts. One of the kids looks 12 like he shouldn’t be working there. They are always on their phone. I’ve gotten sick from their food so many times. The manager is almost never there. The store is ran by teenagers. They are always giving free drinks and food away. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. They need to put something else there. The fries are bought from the store as well.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went to pick up an online order, and waited for over 30 minutes. I heard the employee I POLITELY told about my order tell his coworkers "don't worry about the order yet." They then proceeded to fulfill 3 other walk-up orders, in addition to what looked like a friend who came up and asked for a soda, which was not paid for in any way. There were three people "working," one of which looked like an actual child (MAYBE 13 years old?) who was actually doing most of the work it seemed, while the other two looked confused about everything they did and instead talked to their friend and made his free soda. My order was not even started until after those other three walk-up orders and the friend's drink were fulfilled.It was the most unorganized, unprofessional experience. Not sure who's in charge but they apparently aren't teaching their employees how to do their job properly. Also, maybe if they turned that extremely loud music down their employees could actually hear the customers and what they're ordering. The lady who arrived after me had to repeat herself multiple times.

I arrived today at around 5 16pm today 8/13/21 and ordered a big buford meal ticket number 3061 also has the check number as 20065 on the receipt. I pulled up, placed my order and as I was pulling up the customer before me was leaving as I pulled up the the window. I waited at the window for about 25-30 minutes. When I asked what caused such a huge delay the female stated we had to cook the meat. I asked to speak with the manager to inquire about the long wait and voice my concern. The manager came to the window and stated "they had to cook the food and to be glad we didn't just give you anything". I thought this was very unprofessional for a person that is in management. She then closed the window and went to the back. I waived at one of the employees to come back to the window so that I can give the food back and get a refund but no one came back to the window. I also asked for the managers name while I was speaking with her and she refused to give me her name. The problem here is that I am taking my time and energy to sit here and write a complaint because of a worker that has poor customer relation skills and walked away which makes it even more absurd. I would like to speak with the district manager for this location which is 9500 Highway 92 Woodstock, Georgia, 30188. I look forward to speak with one of you.

We have eaten here regularly since they have opened and typically order the exact same meal every time. One Big Buford and two Baconzilla's. The last several attempts at this restaurant have failed miserably. I guess wearing earbuds listening to music or taking calls while also trying to hear your customers order is hard. Who would have thought? If anyone sees the kid that looks similarly like a shorter Sideshow Bob, that's the one. Whatever you do, don't let him take your order, it's not only going to be wrong, he will purposefully make you wait longer for it.So taking the order back, I chat with another kid, not busy, store is dead empty, we've probably been the only orders in a while, but what do I know. I explain the situation, that instead of a two Baconzilla's, we only got the one and two Big Buford's, apparently this was confusing since I had to explain several times. Anyways, I'm watching this lazy kid make a burger he doesn't even cook on the grill. He takes the older patties out of a drawer and delicately puts them on the bun and mind you, the store is DEAD EMPTY and I'm the only customer. Then "Sideshow Bob" comes out to clean a grill so he can cook something on it. Seriously this can be a surreal daydream, but nope, sadly it is not. I ask the kid why he's not making me a fresh burger, his reply is "why didn't I ask?"So apparently at Checkers Bells Ferry Woodstock, you have to specifically ask for a hot burger, even if the store is dead empty. Meanwhile, it's not to much work for "Sideshow Bob" to make his food hot and fresh.This store has sadly become a joke. I asked these kids how hard it was for them to get the order right, and then make a hot burger, to which the kid kept replying I should have asked for a hot burger. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I called your customer service, the case number is 5464081.
