I love the freshly cooked burger and the condiment bar, including leaf lettuce and shredded lettuce. It also offers several Sauces and toppings to choose from. The staff in Woodstock is exemplary and even offer samples of the ice cream as well as mints. True old fashioned customer service!

The only negative I can say is that I had to buy a 2nd hamburger just to get a 2nd patty for my impossible burger. 2nd patty for a hamburger costs $2 but for an impossible burger have to pay for a complete 2nd burger to the tune of $8.59. That's rediculous!! Service was great and the food was delicious as usual.

Been eating here at least monthly for about 4-5 years now, but the last 2 times we went I noticed they changed their drink size with no explanation. Now with your combo you get what is basically a Happy meal small drink and that is now the medium. If you want a large its roughly a 16 oz and costs more. There are plenty of chicken and burger places closeby that are not pulling size and cost shenanigans. The economy is rough right now so what are customers gonna remember? The place that offered a good value when things were tight, or the company that got greedy and pulled a fast one with something as basic as drinks? Voting my wallet elsewhere!

$13 for a 1/5th pound cheeseburger, handful off fries and a drink. Food was okay at best, the portions are not what they use to be. I guess there's a reason it was dead inside at 5 on a Sunday.

There was a huge piece of wax paper in my burger when I bit into it. I didn’t even get refunded for the whole amount of the meal only half the price of it. I’m very disappointed.

The food is pretty good. I think it's wild that I paid almost $20 for a double cheese burger meal. That's sit-down restaurant prices. With that big said, the vibes are great, and the service is fast. Everyone was polite. The employee walking around with a soft serve sample and mint tray was a nice touch. The food was good! I just think the price should be a dollar or 2 down all in all, I will come back, and I recommend.

The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The hamburgers have hard gristle. The fries are like McDonalds. In fact, we should have gone to McDonalds. Disappointing. Sadly, we are done with Cheeseburger Bobby’s.
