I was very skeptical, this place was far cleaner than I would expect from a good BBQ place, but they had real ribs (St. Louise cut) instead of baby back so I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed. This is my new favorite place for ribs and brisket. The pork and chicken were really good too, and we had okra and mac and cheese for sides and both were very good. I almost dinged them one star for being too clean, but the blues playing in the background made up for it. Very well done, I’ll be back many times.

I come here several times a month - delicious food, friendly service, and lots of options from sandwiches to chicken wings to salad! I highly recommend the More Cowbell sandwich with brisket, the Smokehouse Salad with smoked chicken, and their cornbread. I LOVE YOU CITY BBQ!

We wanted to try something new so we popped in early on a Saturday for lunch. The staff was very friendly and the dining room was busy but clean. My biggest gripe was the temperature of the food my sandwich was room temperature at best. The pork didn’t have any flavor to speak about without sauce. The pork also wasn’t pulled it was more like a pork hamburger if that makes sense. For the good, the fries were tasty, the hush puppies were good. The mac and cheese while again being on the cold side had good flavor.I’m sure if we said something they would have made up some fresh dishes. The portions were a good size but there weren’t any combos that we saw making everything an extra.Parking: Not a huge parking lot during peak times and many spaces reserved for curbside.

Let me start by saying the restaurant is clean inside and the staff were very friendly. The food was very bland and COLD. We ordered the kids chicken fingers (cold), the pulled pork sandwich with fries and mac n cheese (cold) and a salad with pulled pork (very fatty and cold). I really wanted to like the food since it’s so close to our house but we will drive further out and go to Lockout bbq or Jim n Nicks.

It was ok...just ok. Don't bother with the mac & cheese...dry and flavorless. They didn't even bother to add salt. Pulled chicken sandwich was cool...nothing special or unique. Baked beans were good, but again, nothing special or unique in taste. This was my second visit to this location and I'll most likely not visit again.

Best barbecue in the entire state of Georgia and Alabama. They smoke the meat on premises in three huge smokers. They offer pulled pork, beef, brisket, pulled chicken, smoked turkey, smoked sausage, and temporarily pastrami. We've been eating here for about a year and everything, I mean everything is good. The service is phenomenal. Citi is over the top place to eat melt-in-your-mouth barbecue.

The staff was really friendly and patient with is as newbies to their establishment. The amount of meat/sides for price is weak, but, we are seeing it more and more. My biggest issue here, which to me is huge, was the fact they have cafeteria style silverware bins whereas they are open, exposed and able to be contaminated. I had to go through 11 forks, 9 knives to find utensils that were not AS disgusting and dirty. The silverware looks unwashed, not water spots.

Unless you have months for waiting... I'd think twice before getting in their drive-thru. I think I waited for nearly 1/2 and hour before the TWO cars in front of me made it to the microphone. Once I got there, I ordered two pulled pork sandwiches and went around the corner to pay. Guess what? There were those same two cars... waiting for their food. And guess what again? I paid and joined their waiting line. Something isn't right about this place. When the food arrived I have to say that the pulled pork was excellent, however, doesn't it come with sauce or something? The good news is that I had Williams Brother's sauce at home so all was not lost. Would I order again, yes but I think I'll wait until they have more folks working there or their line efficiency improves.
