I have this a low rating for reasons. Don't get me wrong, but the food is amazing! But the prices is on the exact opposite. It is expensive for food and extra sauce. We wanted extra sauce because we had two 8 piece tenders but they only gave us four. And it turns out, it costs $1.00 for one extra sauce.

Drive through service was impeccable brought my fish sandwich combo with crinkle fries and drink, fish fresh from the fryer, hot crispy fries ? with condiments. Even had to wait for it to cool a little before I took a bite. I loved the fish sandwich...this is now my only fast food go to place. None like it not even Chick FILa.

I had a custard at the hwy 92 location that was terrible (salted caramel) but the one from this location, (black cherry I think) was absolutely delicious. Why the difference between same stores? The salted caramel had a chemical taste that did not resemble ice cream nor even a milk product. Was like the old milkshakes of McDonald’s when the product didn’t seem to have any milk or cream in them.There were 6 of us. The burgers were ok, seemed dry. The fries were nice and hot and tasted good.We had 4 shakes/malts.The people here were not as friendly as those at the highway 92 location.

I accidentally placed two online carryout orders for the wrong Woodstock Culver's, 11799 Highway 92 instead of 6778 Hickory Flat Highway. A few minutes after I placed the orders I arrived at 6778 and called 11799. I asked to cancel my order and he said he could cancel it but not refund it, which made no sense to me. I explained I was at the other Woodstock Culver's and he said he would not refund me. I said thank you and hung up. I spoke to the manager at the 6778 and she said if I placed an order there I could call the other Culver's and they would refund me. So I called back and the manager again said he would not refund me. I put it on speaker phone, the manager asked if she could speak to the other manager, I said yes, and she asked him why he wouldn't refund me. They got into an argument, she handed me my phone back and said to hang up on him, which I did. I placed an order at her register. While I was waiting for my food, I called again and asked to speak with a manager. The man who answered said he is the manager. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. Like Jaylen Hunt wrote in his review, the 11799 manager was completely unprofessional.The 6778 Hickory Flat Highway location was great. Friendly staff, great food, and a clean facility. Like Tiffany Spencer wrote in her review, I also highly recommend coming here instead of the awful 11799 Highway 92 restaurant.I called Culver’s corporate today, they gave me a refund right away, and he said I’m far from the only one this happens to. As I was told in store, their policy is if the customer accidentally places an order that went to the wrong restaurant they will give a refund. I suggest that the 11799 Highway 92 manager learn the company policies.

Young girl got our order incorrect basically rang up what she wanted us to have rather thelan repeating our order to make sure that she rang it up correctly. The hamburger ? meat didn't have a lick of seasoning (a little salt and pepper goes a long way). I had to wait for our order to be corrected. This was the first time I've ever had an issue with Culver's across many states so that speaks volumes.

A good fresh burger fast and a lot of variety on the menu is really unheard of, especially at a good price nowadays. This place has all of this. The menu was very customizable and it's already a sizable menu. There's just about any burger option and combination that you could ever want on the menu. No matter what you decide on is going to be good. I can't believe how fresh everything felt and how natural the burger is for a fast place. They certainly have some high quality food and if you go sit down at a restaurant and get these same items, you'd probably be around 15.00 for the burger, but it's less than that here. It's a very good value because my kid got a free ice cream too. My kid doesn't usually eat burgers but he loves the Culver burger. They always seem to be busy too, which is a good sign and the staff has always been quick but takes time to be friendly as well. My only detractor is that I know some people love crinkle cut fries. I've never once ever like them and that's all they serve there. I'm sure that's where some of the cost savings come in. I just want something with a better coating and texture but everything else has been fantastic
