Ordered pizza and loaded tots last night, chase calls me and tells me they are out of tots and I said that’s fine I’ll take cheesy bread instead. He never once told me delivery was going to take over two hours. I called back again a short while later, and wanted to double check I ordered two garlic sauces. Again, no mention of my delivery being delayed. Finally I call back an hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order to see how much longer it was going to be, to then be told it will be another 45 minutes to an hour. I told Chase the delivery app shows it was on its way, he had no idea where my order was or if it was on its way and told ME to call him back in 10 minutes to let him know if my pizza arrived. It was just unacceptable customer service. And all I got after expressing my frustration was “you can get a refund, sorry”. Obviously a refund is justified I just expected a little more professionalism but clearly it’s a poor managed restaurant.This is my problem, if you knew you were short on delivery drivers you could have told me that when I placed my order. Instead my family and I had to order pizza from somewhere else and wait even longer to eat. We don’t eat pizza often so when we do it’s a treat, and it was a real bummer to be treated like this.

Waited an hour for a 20 minute order to arrive. Finally went to pick the order up and it was cold from sitting. Staff is clearly not trained how to handle situations like this offering excuses rather than apologies.

We order from this store often and it’s always delicious! Today they forgot a pizza in our order but I called and they immediately made it and came over without giving us any run around. I really appreciated how quickly and nicely they handled it. Had a lovely dinner after!

The store was shorthanded but everyone waited patiently and politely. The guys in the kitchen were working at warp speed! Kudos to the employees!! I only wish I'd had more cash to give them for the tip...

Ordered a small pepperoni pineapple pizza and came home to find out they didn’t put the cheese on the pizza and I had to put my own. How can you forget the cheese on the pizza?????!

Up until a month or two ago this was the best quality Domino's I've ever been too. It was always perfectly cooked! I'm not exactly sure what changed, but lately the pizza has been terrible. It has been overcooked or at least cooked at the wrong temperature.The cheese has been singed and the individual strands never had a chance to melt together (think like a bad frozen pizza where you can still see every piece of cheese after it's cooked). The crust just hasn't been right either. Unfortunately this hasn't been an isolated incident; this has happened to every recent order. For the time being I'll be skipping Domino's on pizza night or driving all the way to a different location hoping for better luck. Please fix this! I miss my good Domino's :(

Whoever the big dude with medium-length blonde is, Chris is his name I believe (not sure if he's a manager or not) treats his fellow employees like absolute garbage, and it is appalling to see. Just in my short 10 minutes waiting in the store for my order, I could see and hear Chris verbally berating a very kind and clearly hardworking employee, though I'm not sure what that young man's name was... I heard Chris ask, multiple times and in a very loud and stern voice, "why should I show you or anything you say ANY respect? Can you answer me that?" And the poor young man he was verbally accosting didn't know how to respond. He also verbally accosted other employees and labeled them as "whiners", amongst other things. Absolutely appalling and atrocious behavior from someone who I am assuming is a manager and supposed to lead their employees. Food is always great from here, but I'd really feel comfortable to know that Chris either isn't at this store anymore or is reprimanded at the very least.
