Food was awesome as always. Customer service was great and swift. Order was delicious. The store itself was clean and orderly, unoccupied tables were in order with no trash ot debris from prior guests. You should expect a good experience any time you enter and hear the kid's yell out "welcome to Firehouse!"The only thing that would make my visits better would be an occaisional free sub!Parking: Strip mall parking lot with 4 rows of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot has handicap parking and wheel chair accessible curbs.

It was okay I guess it was cold by the time I made it back home (no I didn't make any other stops). The place was quiet with only two other customers then we ordered our food then left. I'm not blaming the employees I think it sucks that you live 2 miles from the place probably even less and your food is not hot by the time you sit down to eat it. Anyway I've always been a fan do firehouse subs they make great sandwiches.

The food is delicious! It's my favorite sub place.However, be warned that their prices jumped sharply during Covid. They used to be only a few more bucks than subway for a way better sandwich. Now they're more than double the price. I go a lot less often because of that.

I order at this location multiple times a month and they always mess up my order. And I never complained but this time I'm over it! They charged me for what I ordered but can't put it on the sub! I ordered tonight online like always and my subs we messed up. I called to have them fixed it which they did but they still messed up my order. Either the employees can't read or do not care about there jobs! It was a simple order of a steak with no cheese and add mushrooms but the first order came with nothing on it but steak and when "they fixed it" everything was on it but mushrooms and they added cheese. I talk to the lady and she repeated the correct order back to me. What a waste of money and time. I definitely will not be going back here. Subway can at least put what you want on your sub!! SMH what a shame!!!
