My wife and I stopped for our weekly date night. The service was very quick, and we started out with mango & strawberry margaritas. They definitely packed a punch ?! They immediately brought hot tortilla chips to the table with hot ? and mild salsas. We ordered fish tacos ? combination meal, and the fish tacos were really good! and I ordered all a cart for my meal. The brisket burrito was delicious! The ground beef tacos were very bland served without traditional tacos toppings, I would not order again. The ground beef enchiladas was also very bland, very dry. The beans and rice were very good! Overall, half the meal was good, and the other half not so good! The dinner was over $55 without tip. This was our first visit to this particular establishment. Went there specifically because they had Horchata! The food was delicious and generous portioned. Felt it was a little pricey at first, but the lunch portions were the same as a dinner portion somewhere else. But, $13.25 for a bowl of Chicken Tortilla soup seems a bit much. The service was mediocre, considering that it was Saturday afternoon and there were only about 5 tables filled in the whole restaurant. He kept giving us unsweetened tea instead of sweet, saying that the urns had been switched. Then it took forever to get the check. All in all, though, we will most likely try this restaurant again.
