I found another hidden gem. I have driven by this restaurant multiple times and for some reason never stopped in. I think I was confused by the name. I now understand why it’s called “inked”. Family lunch meal after church. The location had Nashville Hot Chicken plus inked tacos so it gave multiple choices for everyone. Two people in our group got the hot chicken sandwiches. They said they liked them, but should have increased the heat on their chicken. What a hidden find! I had ordered my food to go and I ordered 2 birria tacos and 1 carne asada taco. The birria tacos were moist and just melt in your mouth! I really enjoyed the carne asada and the corn and blue corn chips too! The staff was great! What a good find.
