“I’m the type of woman who likes to read reviews before I go to an establishment, so I was HIGHLY nervous that this would be one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I go there, I’m greeted by two girls who seem nice, they ask me what I want and explain they only have what’s in their case at the moment. I was somewhat upset with that, but settled on salted pretzel bites. I pay and start to leave but as I’m walking away and tasting my pretzels, they seem a bit overcooked:( I go back to them and tell what’s wrong. The young lady was very understanding and told me that they just switched shifts and she wasn’t aware how long those pretzels had been in the case. She gave me a full refund AND some new fresh pretzels! It’s nice to see an improvement here, if you talk to them like they’re people, they’ll treat you like one is what I have learned! She told me her name was Anna or Honor? Couldn’t tell. I will be coming back to this location. ❤️“
“This is a great location. Excellent customer service and product. Manager Tink goes above and beyond. Went out of his way to make a special needs boys day. He is the prime example of great customer service. Wasn't going to buy pretzels, but after that display of customer service I had to. I encourage everyone to patronize this business.“
