Music is so loud that I could not hear the young lady at the register. I just said my order and then paid, she said something to me and I just said thank you, no other customers in there while there in the afternoon. 1/4/24 2pm. Over $10 for 32oz, that wasn't filled up all the way. So much ice the smoothie was very solid to drink. I'm not sure if I'll be back again, just this one time experience was a little unprofessional trying to run a business at the register.

Don’t even waste your time - ordered an immunizer with fruits, juice and almond milk and sweetener. The first one I purchased was extremely tart ( no milk) and no sweetener. I went back inside explained the issue and paid a second time for the same drink with special instructions. It was worst than the first. Just two young men doing their things I guess. Should have stick to my location

The staff is wonderful especially the young man that works there in the am. He is the bomb! The customer service is A1. He knows my name (Candy), and he makes you feel at home. Not only that the place is clean, and the service is quick without a long wait. Also, this guy runs this place like a champ. Love ‘em. Go check them out. Plus, I love to see his smile in the am. I know I will have a good day after seeing him.

So I ordered a smoothie two days ago for delivery, after two hours of waiting no smoothie was ever delivered. I called the store multiple times the young lady stated the driver picked up the smoothie took the smoothie back to the store so then I proceeded to go to the store when I got to the store and picked up the smoothie not only was it watery no one attempted to offer any help. I called to speak to the manager and she told me there was absolutely nothing she could do and refused to give me a refund for such poor service she had the worst the worst and most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. I asked if there was a corporate number or any way to contact the owner of this location and she told me no there was nothing that she could give me!!! Just a big disappointment for a location I was frequently going to throughout the week.

I absolutely love this Smoothie King but the inconsistency really worries me. I have been ordering the exact same smoothie for the past three weeks( coffee high protein mocha with a full shot of pure recharge ) and all three times have gotten it different. The first time I ordered it was super rich and smooth with a dark color.The second time it was really light and soupy.I called to make sure it was the right order and they were nice enough to offer to remake it but I didn’t want a remake. I just order it again today and I am chewing chunks of dates and nuts and it’s super thick and back to being dark but not as dark as the first time. Talk about emotional roller coaster!

I didn't spend $30 for a metal travel cup from Smoothie King to get a styrofoam cup with my next order and have to pour it into my travel cup myself (I walked in with said Smoothie King cup that I bought it at another location in Woodstock). Showed it to the girl with dyed red hair when I ordered, but she made no effort to ask for the cup or tell me where to leave it. I even left it on the counter for the young person making my order; that girl ignored it while reaching for a throwaway cup, which was right next to my cup. These kids need to PAY ATTENTION or get a job at a gas station.
