I am absolutely beside myself right now. My 10 year old was holding a closed never opened Gatorade that we had already paid for and he accidentally dropped it onto the carpet as we were waiting for our order. The heavy set lady with glasses at the register turned and looked at my son and snapped at him for accidentally dropping a closed never opened drink. Everyone waiting in line had a look of shock on there face and my son started to cry. If you are going to work the register at a restaurant you need to learn how to speak to people and that accidents happen by kids and even adults. No one was hurt and nothing was spilt. That was absolutely wrong of her to literally snap at a kid for this!!!! I am absolutely disgusted by her and will never come back to this place again and i will let the BBB know of this to.

If you want a real big NY style bagel, this is your place! They are always fresh and tastes amazing. The staff is always very kind. The owner has always came through to help with PTA school events whenever I needed it. He has a giving heart and tasty bagels. Who could resist? Go check them out! Support locals who help locals.

Woman at counter was very very rude. The older caucasian lady at the register 100% discriminated against me and my wife. We will be issuing a formal complaint with the better business bureau tomorrow morning. Super unprofessional. Don't go here!!!

No idea about this place because it was closed on a Monday at 11am saying to visit their Canton store. Which is not nearby. Would have been nice to know before driving there. Their hours listed here show them open on Monday.
Had the most delightful bagel here today. I came in about an hour before closing and my food was still fresh and delicious. The lady helped me decide what I wanted and she was so delightful. The restaurant was adorably decorated. Definitely try this place out!

I've only been here once. I ordered sesame bagels. These were not bagels because they weren't boiled before baking. They were actually selling rolls but calling them bagels. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I'm not going back.
