Ordered a #1 hamburger and specifically stated no cheese, no mayo & no catchup. Make it with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, mustard & add jalapeno. Had to repeat it 3 times. What do I get? Meat and mayo ONLY! Ordered again and they sent someone to my vehicle who wrote the above. I did not see what they were writing. I get a fresh burger with what I requested, but without lettuce! Had to ask them to bring lettuce, which wasn't fresh looking or the green stuff. This is why I rarely ever eat at Sonic. I knew I should have went across the street to Culver's. Sonic menu used to be easy. A #1, with options to ADD cheese and make with mustard or mayo. It is confusing to remove items. Never seemed to be an issue with the old menu.

I should have known there would be an issue when over half of the stalls are broken. Ordered online to pickup food only to find out getting a drink was impossible as everything was broken. And then, to add insult to injury they don't even prepare the food correctly. Not even sure why I am giving this 2 stars.

Slushee machine is always down and always understaffed. Also good luck trying to get a refund if you were unfortunate enough to order ahead.

Lomg wait time for placing order and preparing order. Staff were very nice and pleasant. Order was correct, but shakes were too thick to drink and pickle fries were too salty.

Today I’m giving both Craig and Dee five stars for their terrific customer service. They both were extremely friendly, polite and kind. I really liked their can do attitudes. I would definitely recommend this location.

Our family pulled into the parking lot at 745 pm and saw the employees locking the door...when we tried to inquire why they closing so much earlier than the posted 10pm, one of the employees just gave a motion across his throat to say they were closed.
