This new Starbucks is beautiful. I drive past everyday because I live across the street. Today was my first day stopping in. The service was great, employees were friendly, my drinks were made perfect. My son wanted a birthday cake pop (I always get him 1 when he has a good day at school) they didn’t have any made. He was upset. I tried the new spicy pineapple drink… I did NOOOTTT like that. I’ll stick to my others lol. Overall, the atmosphere is calming & beautiful setting. I will start using this location to sit outside while doing my school work.

The 3 people working were very nice while doing the best they could, however, extremely long wait. Left after 40 min wait without half my order. Unacceptable. We won’t be returning any time soon.

Tried getting a refund on eggbites that were never given to me called twice they didn't answer and I showed up and they said there was nothing they can do, would have saved me the trip if they would pick up the phone

Beautiful location, perfect for meeting with a friend or coworker. The courtyard has lots of outdoor seating and a wood fireplace, I love that I’m supporting a locally owned business but still get my Starbucks fix!

Cool location, great proximity to Downtown Woodstock, and nice outdoor seating area, but I don't think they will be open very long. With no drive thru there's no way they have enough foot traffic to sustain the business. It also lacks the coziness of most Starbucks, particularly with the lack of comfortable seating inside. You can tell it's not a corporate store because it just wasn't very well thought out. I'm sure it will be replaced by a women's clothing store in no time.

They don’t take Starbucks payments “because they’re privately owned” (????) so you don’t earn 2x stars like every other starbucks. The prices are significantly higher than the stores nearby - i paid $7 for a grande.Higher prices, less stars (which were already devalued earlier this year again). Then they don’t even put sleeves on the hot drinks. Skip this location.

Busy and a tad bit crowded. The cashier was polite and gave great service but the woman making my drinks looked so annoyed while she tried to figure out how to pronounce my name. That made me laugh. Girlie was so mad lol.Parking: The parking lot is at the back of the store but you will have to walk up a flight of stairs if you choose not to park at street level in front of the store.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and double doors

I quite literally watched her pour half the drink out and replace it with ice… my drink tastes more like ice than it does matcha.. and I LITERALLY asked for light ice. On top of that they literally took 30 minutes to make it…

I truly want to see you thrive and succeed! It's such a beautiful space and great addition to Woodstock. Here are my key takeaways from todays visit...I walked up to the counter and received a mumbled greeting - asked her to repeat it just so that I could actually hear words; had to ask for a disinfecting wipe from behind the counter so that I could wipe down my own filthy table outside; in the hour that I've been here, no one has come outside to wipe down the rest of the filthy tables or picked up the trash on the ground or emptied the full trash can; I walked in to get some napkins, but most of the dispensers were empty; the employee behind the counter was leaning back on the counter just chillin while I viewed several other filthy tables and counter tops inside. Not busy at all. So what's my motivation for coming back or other customers who've experienced the same scenario? I've been in customer service/sales/retail/hospitality/merchandising for my entire career. If the owners or management would like to meet with me in person for a unannounced walk through, I'd be happy to share some expertise for a small fee. You've got to step things up a notch or two or ten!!Rooting for your success!! With all sincerity.

Great location and beautiful facility. Plenty of seating outside. Inside seating is available, but a bit limited. Parking on street as well as behind the bldg. I’ve visited this location six times and the baristas are always friendly and make our drinks perfectly! Only one negative: when walking from shop to the patio area, there is a serious trip hazard. It’s marked by red paint, but I’ve seen someone trip on it every time I’ve been there.Wheelchair accessibility: I noted one handicapped spot that has access via wheelchair to the entrance. However, that parking spot is on the street. Might be a little dicey if you have to get wheelchair from the rear of a vehicle.

I literally have coffee at a Starbucks everyday. I spent over $1400 last year on Starbucks at Townlake and Canton. I bought a $5 plus ice coffee at this location and when I asked for a refill was told they don't do that.Wow! Perfect location, nice atmosphere but I won't be back. All other Starbucks have a nominal fee for coffee refills.I'm not cheap , I paid another $5 plus for my second coffee but I hate being ripped off. It's ashame nice place.
