Their floors under the tables are so disgusting I’m tempted to call the health department. We have been coming here since they opened, which is probably the last time it was clean. I mentioned this to one of the staff and was ignored. I’m not coming back until this place is cleaned.

IF CUSTOMERS SUCCESS IS READING!Please know that this store turns on the message machine often. Not being able to order over the phone and not being able to speak to anyone about an order that was made through your website is bad business.I had to get my order remade which waste food simply because I could not reach some one over the phone after being prompted to order online.If this is a new feature it needs to be looked at.The food and people are friendly. It’s just this phone machine is poor and not being able to reach someone is bad. Especially after spending my money.
Ladies that work at Waffle House…..PLEASE PULL YOUR HAIR BACK. There shouldn’t be a reason that I had 3 long dirty brown/blonde hairs in my take out food today 3/04.Is there no hair requirements for this restaurant? So disgusting

There is a waiter that completely ruins my day when I am at this location. Every time you ask for anything, he immediately says no. While it's a joke, it's super obnoxious. I went in with the intention of tipping $50 because it was Christmas, but by the end of the meal I was tempted to not leave a tip at all.The food was really good, but the waiter ruined the experience.

From My 8yr old, I love this restaurant. this is like the best Restaurant in the world. She's feeling this way as she has texture issues and aversions. They cooked her bacon extra well and it was the best bacon around. She ate all of it. They lightly buttered her toast and got the regular waffle crispy as she doesn't like it soft or soggy.
