Not normally one to review, however, this particular store has got to be the worst Wendy's around. Online order, waited 15 mins at the drive thru window, no response from employees. Drove to window, where we were told they had an altercation between employees. I can understand that. What I can't understand is why are there 6 employees standing around not working, not answering the drive thru, and basically not doing their job. To make matters worse, we cancelled the order and they still charged us. No wonder why there was no line and no one in the parking lot at dinner time on a Friday night. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and will never return.

Just came through here and ordered 2 Baconator burgers. They instead, gave me two of the smallest burgers ever, one with nothing but two tiny patties and one piece of cheese (no bacon or condiments and super small buns), the other had bacon but both burgers literally had to have been made the day before. They were tough and dry and cold and I'm not exaggerating when I say that they were made yesterday. Never going back.

Don't expect to get what you order! Ordered a double baconator, large fry, and nacho burger. Instead of the nacho burger (that cost me $7) I got a single cheeseburger. Not to mention the fries were cold and tasted like they were cooked a long time ago.

Multiple times I have tried coming to this location at night at 10pm and the employees are not acknowledging their customers. This place is ran by teenagers who obviously don't want to work. Here, today, ordered on the app and multiple cars go through the drive thru without being served. This establishment needs to do a complete overhaul of their employees if you want to stay open. Lost about 6 cars while I waited.

They screwed up my order, nothing was displayed on the screen, order guy was super impatient, I repeated myself three times and it was still wrong. Girl at the window was good but when I told them the order was wrong the nasty attitude shift manager told me I had to drive around instead of letting me pay for the correction. Did not make it right by the customer and I had to come in to get my order. Trash experience, took over 20 minutes to get served.

This particular locations night shift consistently can be found "out back" smoking and joking while you sit at the speaker for minutes of dead silence. Management included. What an absolute joke. Thank God other Wendy's aren't this bad.

ordered two # 5 grilled chicken wrap combos. chicken was hard, burnt, totally not fresh. I was bummed. pay over 20 bucks for something that should have been tossed out. food is one thing one bad experience they never forget it. keep it fresh stay in business.

I cant seem to understand why the corporation allowes the management at night at this astablishiment to treat there own employees with autism in such a manner that i see very illegal. 2 times ive been here and ive heard employees talk to other employee with autism very nasty only i see this at night i think night time manager need to be retrained on how to treat to employees in front of customers..i wouldnt be writng this if i didnt witnessed this..so sad
