Tea tastes terrible. Too much noise (talking) in the background for drive thru to get order correct. Three mistakes because they couldn't hear me or were distracted by coworkers standing in drive thru area.

This was the worst Wendy's I have ever been to, the food was horrible and the staff was rude, it's too bad someone needs to go in and replace the staff with people who know how to provide customer service. I received a sandwich with 2 skinny pieces of Romain Lettuce and a tomato the size of a pickle chip, I mean really. Never will return and make sure my co-workers and friends know the experience I had today, two thumbs down with a frown

If I could ZERO STARS I would. There is nothing good about this location. But especially the SERVICE. The people that work here are always miserable and unpleasant. They NEVER get an order right!!! Honestly I’ve never come here before without having to come back for something they forgot.

Today I ordered breakfast drive through.lady who work there didn't treat good.breakfast was cold
Went to this location for lunch yesterday and it was locked up. Dave Thomas would be so disappointed. If I want drive thru dining, I would have gone to Sonic or Checkers up the road! We ending having a delicious lunch elsewhere. :(

I’ve never encountered such a rude staff. I pulled up at 7:30am and was met with a gruff “hold on”. It took 10 solid minutes to get to the window when there was one other car in front of me. Never physically saw a human, nobody ever came to the window. I had to just give up on my food and

Wendys has always been my go to for salads & youve ruined it !! Not being able to order my chicken uncut & on the side is awful !!! My chk has to be cut small & then l like it heated & added to my salad. Now the chk comes hunked & coldHaving wkd for Wendys lve been asked why they would do this ?? l have no answer :( PLEASE give us the option of choice back.Sincerely, Gayle

There hours of operation suck they have to be the only Wendy's in Georgia that closes at 8pm not good especially when it's summer time.
