I was in the drive-through. The girl opened the door, growling and flapping her hand The only words she said to me was 995 Took my card and shut the door Another girl opened the door and politely asked me what my order was, and then shut the door Open the door door, hand me back my card and receipt and the bag of food saying nothing And shut the door. She opens the door with my drink that she has overfilled, and she turns it on its side to dump some of the drink out on the ground, handed it to me and shut the door without saying a word Terrible service! I tried to call and their number keeps failing. I guess they don’t want to hear it.

The person taking the drive thru order was very short and abrupt with communication. The person who took our money told us told us she didn't have enough coins to give us the proper change so shorted us rather than get the proper change to give us. This Wendy's has really gone down hill regarding their service.

I’m disappointed with the food. I understand that food costs more now but I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and paid $11. That’s pricey, but the worst part is the sandwich was tiny. Not this locations fault but it’s crazy that you would pay more for less. If you want to raise the price, that’s fine but don’t lessen the quality of food. Just disappointed and I won’t go back to any Wendy’s.

So I ordered two sausage, egg and cheese Muffins. When I pulled them out of the bag, I noticed a smell. My fiancé took a bite and had to spit it out because it tasted really bad so we work right next-door to this Wendy’s so he took them back right. The manager (we assume) gave him an attitude, said they just cooked that sausage. He tried to explain it did not taste right but she still wanted to argue. Anyway she did exchange for a bacon one, but the muffin was so dry and tasteless. It was awful. Anyway, like I said, I work right next-door to this store and purchase their quite often for breakfast. I guess I will not be doing it any longer because the last couple times it has not tasted good and customer service is not good either.
