The once self-service aspect of marking your sandwich preferences on a bag is no longer available, reducing the personalized touch that set Which Wich apart. With only one person managing orders, payments, and sandwich preparation, the result was a rushed service with a sandwich that didn't meet expectations - warm bread but cold fillings. The cleanliness of the place has also suffered, with a smoke-stained ceiling and malfunctioning beverage dispensers. Although the staff member was polite and doing his best under the circumstances, being constantly on the phone added to a less welcoming atmosphere. The restrooms, previously noted for their cleanliness, were in a disappointing state with no soap or paper towels available. The vending machine had a leak and the water was flowing to the kitchen area.This shift in management seems to have impacted the overall quality and care that Which Wich was known for. The dedication of the lone employee is commendable, but the lack of support and attention to detail in the environment and food preparation significantly detracts from the dining experience. While I hope for a return to its former standards, my latest visit only warrants a three-star review, reflecting a compromise between the potential of Which Wich and its current execution.Will not go there again.

I walked in looking for the score they got but couldn't see it. After I sat down to eat, I noticed the score was 75 and they actually had it covered up so you couldn't see it!! The lettuce was brown and the drinks had no carbonation. This place is gross!

nice server. sandwich was nasty, literally wet and dripping (not sauce) . out of fries, and my husband had stale chips.the place was filthy and empty. restrooms were gross. feels like its about to close down.after getting a refund they actually turned the lights off on us otw out, and locked the door behind us. they dont close till 8-9? guess they realized they werent makng money staying open any longer

This location needs some TLC. Light bulbs flickering.No fries! The soda was out! And I opened a bad bag of chips to top it off stale sun chips taste terrible. They only had 1 sharpie to write your orders. I feel like v someone should step in and make this place great again.

I had a salad bowl. Nothing special. The place was practically empty but could have used a good cleaning. I hesitated to throw my trash away as the container was filthy. Would not go back.

The lady who served us was especially nice. The sandwich was truly a wish, a wish for meat because it was not in the sandwich. Asked for two Wicked sandwiches what we received did not look anything like the picture on the wall with meat in it. Totally disappointed should have gone to Jersey Mikes, they have meat.

As a new customer, my anticipation turned to disappointment when an order placed during their advertised business hours resulted in no food, despite being charged $31.57 (order #19480107042635776).I arrived to find the restaurant closed and my attempts to reach out via their provided phone number (678-594-3196) met with a disconcerting message that the number had been changed and no new number was provided, further amplifying my frustration.The lack of accurate operating hours on this location's website, the inability to prevent online orders during closure, and the incorrect contact information displayed are glaring oversights that created an unfortunate and inconvenient situation.My attempt to resolve the issue has been met with deafening silence from Whichwich corporate thus far (contacted via their website since I have been unable to get a human on the phone at the local level or HQ). This lack of responsibility and customer service leaves me no choice but to caution potential customers: consider carefully before placing an order with Whichwich, at least at their Woodstock, GA location. They may take your money and give you nothing in return (which I would consider fraud or theft, if not addressed by the company).
