My negative experience at Paloma's restaurant. It is truly disappointing when a dining establishment fails to provide a welcoming and pleasant experience for its customers. The fact that the staff yelled at me when I tried to park is completely uncalled for and reflects a lack of professionalism. Additionally, it is concerning that they didn't even invite me inside as a customer, which is a basic expectation when visiting a restaurant. The service i received during my one and only visit was evidently terrible, and it is even more disheartening to hear that it occurred on a night that wasn't busy. Regardless of the level of busyness, a restaurant should always strive to provide excellent service and make their patrons feel valued if at all possible. The fact that the staff made me feel stupid and yelled at me, despite my intention to dine there after completing my school work, is simply unacceptable. It is even more troubling to learn that this has been the experience of multiple people, despite the parking lot being empty. This raises concerns about the management and overall conduct of the restaurant. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority, and it is important for businesses to ensure that their employees adhere to professional standards of behavior. This is why 1828 coffee shop has my heart even if they don’t sell a lot of options of food I am still pleased with 1828 coffee shops environment unlike a restaurant that’s never busy and doesn’t have a grasp of yelling at customers is highly uncalled for and should never happen regardless of if I’m going to which place first. For a student it’s hard and unsafe to park anywhere else and not caring about a possible customer safety is selfish and concerning.Parking: Can look up at my previous message to find out that it’s horrible and ALWAYS EMPTY she will yell at you if you go out there and scope you out like a devil

I took my family here after being recommended this restaurant by friends. It did not dissapoint. I ordered a rum runner and we all snacked on chips while waiting for the main course to arrive. Their signature dish is the Cazuela, a clay pot filled with steak, chicken, chorizo, shrimp, peppers and onions swimming in a chile sauce. It is served with rice, beans, and a guacamole salad. This was absolutely delicious and can easily feed two people. I was also not put off by the prices and the service was impeccable. Our waitress was friendly, swift and knowledgeable. I will be returning here for sure.

Main entree was not very good, Chips, salsa and guacamole was good and service good but waitress did not know prices for drinks or appetizers based on what she said and what we actually were charged and must not have realized it was Friday at first. We were later informed that there are no food specials or drink specials on Fridays...we ordered 2 margaritas and they were awful and she said we could try 2 different ones and took them and then came back and said the manager said she could not take the original 2 off of our check. No fault of waitress, this is on the manager. So, we passed on more margaritas and had to pay for the ones we did not drink.Never been treated that way at a local restaurant This place is too expensive for the quality of food in my opinion.We split an entree and our bill with tip and service charge for debit card was $50. We will not he back. Too many other choices for Mexican in this area.

Palomas is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! Everyone is super friendly and nice! Food never misses. All the servers are wonderful but Bell was astonishing. She was so polite and checked on us every 5 minutes. Im a Dr. Pepper chugger and I never ran out. Always guaranteed to return.
