They close at 800 pm, and I am here at 7:00 pm. I asked them to re-butter my pretzel bites as they looked dry. She refused and said they were closing. Closing??? You have a whole hour more to go sister! I bought the pretzels anyway, took a bite a spat it out. Dry dry dry. Poor customer service, horribly dry pretzels. Go to Auntie Anne's uptown location. At least they re-butter.

Surprisingly considered to the low reviews, I really enjoyed those pretzel nuggets were really good. The line wasnt that long, and liked how it was a very fast service. I never ate at this place in a while so I was happy that it tasted good. Props to the person making the pretzels and the other employees who help out. Mahalo!

Employees are extremely RUDE and LAZY! Will never be spending money on this location again. Couldn’t even have her mask up all the way.

Bigger woman worker wasn't wearing her mask and was very unenthusiastic. other woman was talking on her phone. male in the back was gossiping. pretzel was under seasoned. only gets two stars because it was fast

Wanted the wrapped mini hot dogs combo (soda and dip). Was told there was a 10 minute wait. They did have the pepperoni pretzel cups readily available, but if you wanted to substitute the combo from wrapped mini dogs for the pepperoni pretzels they wanted a $1.00 more. I simply stated that I did not want to wait for 10 minutes, if they could simply help a customer out and serve a combo and have a somewhat happy customer ( My #1 choice was the wrapped mini dogs vs the pepperoni pretzel ). I would have settled for the pepperoni pretzels and of course make a sell. but I was flat out told NO. Very bad training and for not going out of their way to help a customer. That used to be the go to place for me and grab a snack everytime I visit Pearlridge.

I don't always go here, but when I have a hankering for pretzel and hotdogs, Auntie Annie's is my go to place! It's the perfect go to place if you're looking for a quick bite to eat, and something cool and refreshing. During this visit I got the mini pretzel hot dogs. Comes in a cup with 10 bite size pieces, and can be ordered on its own or as a meal with a beverage. You can also add on a dipping sauce for only 79¢. Definitely goes great with the cheese dipping sauce. For me, instead of ordering it as a meal, I decided to try their peach lemonade, and it was very delicious. It almost reminded me of a peach gummy with li hung mui (if you're local, you know what I'm talking about). The cool part is that they have an app where you can order ahead, and they also accept Apple Pay at the register. A great way to support technology, especially during these times where contactless is best. Five stars based on experience, new beverage flavor, and the support of technology!

Oh my! I haven't had an Auntie Anne's pretzel in such a long time but it seems the quality just went downhill. I had it for the first time in a long time and the pretzels were so dry and hard. The garlic parmesan was so salty. The hot salsa cheese prepackaged sauce was nasty...taste like vomit! They really should "up" their game. I remember liking soft pretzels! I do miss Pretzel Maker. I feel like theirs was fresher and you could watch them spin/make the pretzels right there behind the glass. Their sauces are really good too! I don't remember them being the prepackaged kind. Unfortunately, unless Auntie Anne's improves their quality, I don't see myself buying from here again.

I meet a friend at Pearlridge once a week. We always buy food for our dinner and take it home.I cannot believe that the last 3 times, I asked fir salt on the little hotdog pretzels and they said there’s no salt! Why? Well they already put it away. The mall closes at 8pm and the first time it was only 7:30pm the second time, it was 740pm and This last tone it was 7:15 pm.The salt is the best and I don’t like eating it without it.These workers don’t care! It’s salt, go get it and do your job!!!Very disappointed.Hopefully the Manager or Owner reads this and takes it seriously. I doubt it.I’ll se what happens tonight.

Very strange experience I had here today. We've loved Auntie Annie's for so long. Nothing beats a fresh pretzel when the craving hits. Whenever we come to Pearlridge we always try to grab one. Ordered the mini bites today at the Auntie Annie's downtown side and the lady who rung me up said it would take 10-15 minutes. I told her that's fine, paid and told her I'd be back. About 10 minutes later I go back and they're all looking at me extremely confused. I told them that the lady who rung me up said it would take 10-15 minutes so I told her I'd come back for it. The girl asked me if I paid for it and I said yeah. They were looking at me like I was lying or something. They couldn't for the life of them seem to find out who this mystery lady was that had rung me up and told me to wait 10-15 minutes. She reluctantly passed me the cup of mini bites and we asked for a bag which she handed to us like it was an inconvenience. They were all looking at each other like we just asked for a cup of free pretzels.

Disappointed with my cinnamon pretzel bites.... it was dry and difficult to eat. It seemed as if the pretzel came out of the oven then they dumped cinnamon on it and then put it in the bucket. I wonder if they missed the whole buttering step. What a waste of money .

Was craving pretzel maker and this was the closest. Pretty good. Best thing it's next to Starbucks.

We ordered the pretzel bites and it was junk. The pretzels were hard and not flavorful. I say stick to wretzel pretzel for all your pretzel needs.
