Aloha~Visited here for an Acai bowl and OMG so beautifully and made with choke fruits! Best tasting acai bowl in Aiea. Located in Pearlridge mall Uptown.

Food: As a last minute hurrah prior to heading back home, I had a mission to eat as many shaved ice as possible! Came here because I was told it was great- ordered the azuki and mango shaved ice! They were both delicious and definitely got some brain freeze here and there as I tried to consume it all since time was precious! Cost: Average cost- definitely as you plan to add more extras and topping it can become expensive but baseline cost of their sets are still are relatively affordable. Environment: Situated inside a mall, there are ample seating throughout and a great way to enjoy something sweet at you window shop around. Service: There wasn't much of a line when I came to order and so the wait was not long at all. I did see two people working and so if things got busy and there was a long line I can see there being a little bit of a wait time. Uniqueness: You can never go wrong with some shaved ice and this place definitely fulfills that craving!

I got a drink made, pina colada, and it tasted sour. But I wasn't the only one who thought so. My kids tried it, and so did my husband. They all agreed that it tastes awful. So I take it back and ask if we can get a different drink because it tastes bad. The woman behind the counter argued "we cannot make you another just because you don't like it" I said it's not about whether I like, it's the fact that the drink is SOUR. She argues that she followed the recipe. "Pineapple sometimes is sour!" I'm ????confused??? Pineapple is sweet. So she proceeds to bring me pineapple samples. It tastes fine! I told her maybe it's the milk. She brings me a sample of the coconut milk. I sniffed it and WOW!!! WAS IT RANCID! And she argued with me that it wasn't! I can't! She didn't want to admit that the coconut milk was bad. Never going back sorry.

Was not expecting such strong tea. Got the mango black tea with tapioca and loved that I could really taste the black tea. Tapioca was chewy and a bit tough just how I like it. Unfortunately although I loved my drink my friends did not enjoy their oolong(75% sweet) and jasmine(100% sweet) milk teas as it tasted more watery. However, the tea in both were still strong.

My boys and I were feeling a little parched from all that shopping. At first this was not our first choice, but Taste Tea wasn't even open yet! (They open 2 hrs after the mall even opens). Nevertheless we stopped here and I noticed they were still getting settled but the girl kindly noticed us. We were deciding which drink to try and settled for the strawberry milk tea with boba. The boba was perfectly made and delicious! The drink was smooth and sweet! I wouldn't mind coming back and trying out more drinks on their menu soon.

Came across this place while grabbing food during work and man this has to be the best fresh watermelon boba I've ever had! Highly recommend checking it out if you're at pearl ridge!

I buy one thing and one thing only here and it's their cappuccino smoothie with lychee jelly. I'm human and this is one of my habits. I like it. To me, it's not too sweet and and not too overwhelming bitter. I ordered the same for my mom but with boba and she thoroughly enjoyed it. So there you have it for that one item on their menu I phone ordered and it was ready within 5-10 minutes. The older woman (I think she runs the shop) was very polite on the phone and when I went to pick it up. I'm in and out and on with my day. If you're fond with flavored drinks, some are made with powder. Mine was but I didn't mind it. Whenever I go to Pearlridge, this is my go-to because it's the only place I can think of that has a good coffee blended drink. Always will continue to come here as I always have for many years.
Drinks were bleh. I got the Guava smoothie with boba, which was pretty much guava purée blended with ice and what not. It's like drinking a can of Hawaiian Sun guava juice that was sitting in the freezer for a couple hours. Guava slush. My bf got the chocolate Mac nut milk tea with boba. It was okay. I didn't really like the taste.

Ordered a tea with the pop beads and every single pop bead had popped before they made it to my mouth. Back to the NEX I go for my rainbow pop bead tea!!

My daughter and I were craving boba drinks. I decided to get a lychee green iced tea with boba 25% sugar. Trying to watch my sugar levels. The menu is pretty straightforward and easy to read. My daughter got the non dairy taro smoothie with boba. She enjoyed her drink. I loved mine. There were pieces of lychee inside along with boba. I finished my large. Good amount of drink you have inside the large. It's located inside the Pearl Ridge mall. We walked around waiting for my mother in law to call hubby and pick her up at her doctor's appointment. I would come back to try other items. The lady behind the counter was nice.

I almost never have drinks at these types of places but my daughter purchased me a watermelon slush - DEELICIOUS! The menu is very confusing and we actually didn't know they had frozen yogurt until we stood aside and were waiting for our order because the sign is way off to the left albeit it's larger than life. The protocol also for ordering is not clear and that sign is small and way off to the right. Counter person was polite although not enthusiastic. I'd drink that watermelon heaven again tho!
