Why I like Church's - you can still get white rice in their combos! Local style - is fried chicken and rice! Church's chicken is always crispy on the outside, juicy in the inside. Their chicken is one of the better ones of the chicken places. Their honey basted biscuits are da bomb! Their biscuit is the best of the chicken places. Chicken is generally piping hot, but sometimes only very warm. Rice isn't always available, but these are pandemic times. Would add a star if the chicken was always piping hot and white rice was always available. Service is pretty good, too. Staff are friendly. They wear masks and the counter has an clear acrylic shield.

I love Church's Chicken. If it was closer to Mililani, I'd eat it every other day because I love Popeyes too. Just the drumsticks and thighs are good for me. I like Church's better than KFC, which are too pricey for their meals and their buckets of chicken.

This place use to be the place I would go for chicken, however, I will not be returning. Normally the chicken is juicy, how could you serve 20 pieces of this. My guest were complaining wondering where this chicken was from because it was so dry. Such a disappointment. Plus when you call to speak to the manager, no success because the phone number they have on file sounds like a fax machine.

We couldn't eat here... when we arrived it seemed that none of the staff knew how to properly wear a mask. They are either wearing their masks around their chins, or solely around their mouths (not covering their nose). It's unfortunate...

Got chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, and biscuits. I've tried other places and I wanted to compare. The first thing was that the biscuits literally tasted and smelled like soap! And the food was overly salted. Tried to call the store but no response after 4 tries to let them know about the biscuits. Hopefully people are careful when choosing a lunch spot at pearls!

This Church's Chicken experience goes back to a couple of weeks ago. A friend and I saw a commercial for the new chicken sandwich. Since we were pleasantly surprised about the Popeye's chicken sandwich when their commercial first ran, we thought we would give the Church's chicken sandwich a try. Unfortunately the chicken sandwich we had was nothing like the one in the commercial. The chicken sandwich we received had a sesame seed bun instead of the brioche bun and was cold like it was just thawed out. It also had a tomato slice instead of the pickles we were expecting. The chicken was also thin and colorless, nothing like the thick juicy one in the ad. The only good thing about this experience were the french-fries which I have to say were pretty good. After we left we thought maybe we just tried the old version of the chicken sandwich and that they might not have switched to the new version. Let me know if anyone had a better experience with the new Church's chicken sandwich. Unless we hear otherwise we will stick with the Popeye's chicken sandwich... and give Chick-fil-A a chance when they arrive.

My favorite chicken place EVER!!! I always went to my local Church's on the mainland and I thought I had to say goodbye forever...but no! This location has it all, it is in the mall but worth parking and walking in for pick up or sit down. Try the spicy, it is definitely my favorite...that and the fried okra!!!

I'm sorry to say that I didn't enjoy my experience here. It was Super Bowl Sunday so I was going to order til my heart was content. I ordered a 10 pc mix meal. My choice of sides was Mac and cheese and Mash Potatoes with gravy. I also ordered Strawberry shortcake and 2 orders of corn. Until I found out that one order of corn was $3 for one corn on the cob. ‍ How is one corn on the cob considered a large side? Of course I cancelled the corn! That there is corn at the carnival prices minus the fun and rides. Who wants to pay almost $7 for 2 corn on the cob sitting in water? Yes, I felt bad for asking to cancel that but I would feel worse for letting myself get ripped off. I still think it's an employee misinterpretation of what a large side of corn is but I'm not sure. ‍ The second disappointment was the strawberry shortcake. Don't do it! It's just a biscuit with strawberries and whipped cream! I was soo disenchanted! I put it in the fridge for a dessert. To my dismay when I later tried it eat it the biscuit was solid as a rock!!! Yes! Exactly like when you have left over biscuits in the fridge! Uughhhh! Total misrepresentation, that ain't cake.

Churches Chicken is one of my favorite fried chicken...when to Pearlridge food court and decided to order the 3 piece meal which consists 2 thighs, 1 drumstick, mashed potato, butter biscuit and a drink I also ordered a small order of fried okra..was told to wait 9 minutes which was worth the wait for hot fresh crispy chicken..best chicken ever!

I'm standing right in front of the register area along with a bunch of other people waiting for our order and the employee (little boy with short hair) yells my number at the top of his pre-pubescent pitchy voice. Really, I'm looking right at him no-more than 3 feet away, along with a bunch of other people, and he still had to yell, and obnoxiously to put it quite nicely. The food was good but the service definitely makes a difference in the experience, and this day it was terrible.
