Seriously don’t understand how this place could charge 3 mini for $13. It’s getting ridiculous selling dough at a premium.

We got to Pearlridge before 8:30pm on Friday and they were closed. Such a waste of time. I would suggest that the Pearlridge location change their business hours to reflect what it currently is so people don't have to make a special trip and waste time.

This is the 2nd time recently going to pearl ridge Cinnabon buying a 6 pack of large Cinnabon. Both times I asked if the ones in box are fresh and they say yes. It is Far from fresh . They were old and tasted terrible. They should stop lying to customers by telling them it's fresh because they tasted several days old.I won't go back and I will make sure to warn other not to go there. This company doesn't care about their customers if they serve products like that.I would give 0 stars if I could .Shameful!!

Went to 3 Cinnabons today to redeem my birthday and b1g1 rewards (Honolulu, Pearl Ridge, Kapolei) each location told me they didn't do rewards but to go to the next location because they did which is a lie. I'm just trying to save someone else the heartache, headache, and gas because the Cinnabons on Island don't participate in the app rewards like mainland. I just don't want your time wasted like mine was today.

Tasty food but they made my drink half-ice when I said no ice. Service is usually attentive and quick, but there is sometimes a line.

Enjoy fresh by the hour & sooner, when can...! cinnamon glazed rolls. Eaten in moderation, if can,... makes for better health ...! YA..!

This place is so good. My daughter doesn't care for Cinnabon but I love it. I was craving it a few times and this location was good. I always get the one big one which is around $5 and some change. It's so worth it. The cinnabon is always so soft and moist and filled with that cinnamon syrup and frosting on top. Just enough sweet to satisfy your tooth. Definitely get something to drink. I have never tried their coffee drinks here yet but I definitely might do that next time. Located right next to Panda Express and the Pearlridge consolidated theaters. It's so easy to find. Plenty of tables in front of the location. So worth it.

Mmmm.... So YUMMY! Haven't had me one of these in a very long time! Thank you TMOBILE for this weeks REDEMPTION! Hehehe...Seems like they keep the Cinnabon's in the oven to keep it fresh rather than leaving it out on the stand being cold. Which I PREFER... because when it's warm and hot, it tastes so much better.Ok... SO, I gave this place (location) a 3 star only because 1) CINNABON IS TOTALLY THE BEST NO MATTER WHAT, right?! Hence, the 3 stars. But... as for the service, we'll... that's my SECOND reason why a 3 and not a 4 or 5 star. Maybe on my NEXT VISIT it'll be better. I hope...Perhaps it was a bad day for the workers, specifically ONE OF THEM, or maybe it's the whole returning to work after such a LONG break from NOT WORKING cause of COVID... i dont know, BUT whatever reason it is... the attitude was pretty bad. And it's NOT like I expected a first class, a-listed service. I was just hoping for some nice greeting of "hi, how can I help you" or maybe a "thank you have a nice day." I'd even be happy if they just said "WHAT?!" & "BYE!" Know what I'm saying?! I can only assumed she was annoyed with the fact that I was able to get a BOGO from the TMOBILE app for those TMOBILE TUESDAYS deals. I don't know what her problem was, but when I asked for the 2 Cinnabon's, she was fine. Then I showed her the code from tmobile, and she her eyes gave this blank stare of "REALY?!" as if she was irritated that I was getting one for free. But ISNT that the promotion they're giving?! Anyways... I brushed it off. And that was my FIRST PURCHASE too. Then... when I asked to take their photo of them MAKING the rolls to put into my reviews, she totally said NO! I was like ok... I respect that. But I DID EXPLAIN it was for my review with YELP & GOOGLE. I guess some people just don't want to deal with customers and attention. COOL! And so because I planned to do the review on YELP WITH the photos I got anyways, I saw on the receipt that they have rewards. So, I decided to see if Cinnabon had an app I could download to enter my receipt to get rewards or points because regardless on HOW the lady was, I was planning on returning to buy again on another day. When I downloaded the app, I received a coupon for FREE MINIBONS. I was stoked. After we ate our rolls, I went back to ask if I could receive THAT deal that I just got from the app & THIS TIME... she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME & with an attitude, she said: "You already got something FREE." I politely said: well yeah... that was for the TMOBILE TUESDAYS. This one is for YOUR COMPANY'S APP that I received JUST NOW. So does this mean your not gonna acknowledge your company's promotion?!" She just looked at me and then spoke in FILIPINO to her co-worker. (Ok. WAIT... BREAK! I sorry, I don't mean to be or sound racist here. Not my intention. I just find it really rude to speak in a different language to another person WHILE you are @ WORK HELPING a customer. ESPECIALLY if that pertains to the customer themselves. But, that's just me. When I worked with others who did that, I'd always kinda throw the hint of "hui! English here... I don't know if you talking stink about me." And they would laugh and say... "Oh sorry!" Hehe) ANYWAYS... Back to the story... yeah, so, The other lady came over looked at my coupon and then told this lady: "YEAH! GO PUT!" Assuming she agreed for her to do the deal. AWESOME! When I handed my phone over to her to scan the barcode of my new app, she said... "no, no need. We don't have scan." I assumed she meant they're outdated on the equipment and so if have to do it manually online. Okie dokes! And so as we were leaving, I tried to enter my receipts into the app, it would allow it. WHAT?! Now this is where my THIRD & #3 reason for a 3 star review comes into play here. Third reason is... the app I downloaded DOES NOT SUPPORT ANY LOCAL STORES HERE

Ive never tried a chillata before and I was hesitating on picking a flavor lol. Jaz was so sweet to explain what flavors are popular and what are her personal favorites. I decided to order the reg mocha flavor with ice and it is def one of my new faves. Just wanted to write a review to say that I really appreciated the excellent customer service I received from Jaz today. She was patient with me and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience with my million questions lol. I had a shitty morning and Jaz (and the delish drink) made it much better. Thanks girl!

The woman at the counter was so cheery and full of Aloha to all the customers ahead of us and with us, too. We were going to just order 2 regular sized Classic Cinnabons ($4.29 each) and figured on taking them home. However, the woman suggested that we try their 4 ($13.99) or 6 ($15.99) pack. We told her that it's just the two of us in our household and if we got the larger 6-pack, it'll be too tempting to try to not eat them all within a couple of days. Plus, we thought about how far we'd have to walk or run or how long we'd have to work out to burn those calories. In the end, we got the Cinnapak of 6 Classic Cinnabons. CCinnCinnabons

So I rarely ever give such a low rating and rant about a place unless they really rub me the wrong way. Cinnabon at Pearlridge manage to do that. First, I don't expect like spectacular service from a place like Cinnabon but when someone is straight up rude and condescending then I will have a problem. I ordered 2 sets of the mini bites which I mistakenly said small Cinnabons but had pointed to the mini ones. Thought the girl would understand but I guess she was not paying attention. My fault for calling it the wrong thing. Anyway when I realized she was putting the small Cinnabon in the container.. I had mentioned that I actually wanted the mini ones but she since I had already paid, I didn't bother asking her to change it. Plus she seemed like she did not want to with the tone of her voice. When I looked in the bag, I realized there were no napkins.. so I asked her if I could have some napkins. She gave me, what I felt like was an attitude, and asked me, "Isn't it in the bag?" I said no there wasn't any. So she grabs the napkins like it's a big chore for her to do. I politely say thank you realizing.. why am I even being polite to her when she is being so rude to me. Okay maybe she had a bad day or really hates her job. I decided to just let it go....Well later I open up the box and I find that there are 3 small cinnamon rolls when I had asked for 2. Also saw that she charged me for 3. So this wouldn't bother me at all but it kind of just topped it off after her rude customer service, she could not get the order right. I'm giving it two stars because the Cinnabons are good here but the service is horrible!

Dessert in Pearlridge, Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii...Give me a free dessert and I'll eat it.I don't wanna pay for it.I don't wanna make it.I don't need the extra calories. If it's free and "good", it had better be worth the drive, right?Since T-Mobile gave its customers a free pack of Cinnabon Mini-bites, I thought... Why not? I can't remember the last time I ate a Cinnabon. I never had Cinnabon Mini-bites, so, gosh... I should try it!I drove to Pearlridge because Ala Moana Center is probably more crowded. Both have free parking. There's probably less traffic to Pearlridge... Hmm... Pearlridge it is!Located upstairs where Consolidated Movie Theater is, Cinnabon is in the far corner from the escalator. This Food Court has been nicely renovated!Service was satisfactory. The cashier watched me press "Redeem" on my phone and explained that my order would be ready in a few minutes because a new batch was "cooking". Okay... I'll come back after I take some photos of Rainbow Drive-In in the opposite corner of the Food Court!I took my package home and gobbled up the Mini-bites. I think four little Cinnabons look less intimidating than a large Cinnabon that needs a knife and fork. Four Mini-bites are more manageable and easier to eat. Mmm! The soft and gooey sweetness was much appreciated!Thank you to T-Mobile Tuesdays for the fun snack!
