Good food! Costs are per plate right now with Covid it’s a little weird.

Coronavirus restrictions only makes the in person experience all the more valuable With family or friends This place is cool and pretty spacious The waiter gets you started with drinks and the main broth bases, protein, and sauces Color coded plates buffet style for extra proteins seafood and vegetables or starches to add into the boiling electric pot on the table Be sure to ask for spoons with solid and holes to get soup and food from the pot when serving The tap water they serve is funny tasting so bring your own drink or get a beverage

The place is a little run down looking. Friendly staff but I felt like you got a little bit of food for the price. The vegetables come separate from the meal. At least other places comes with their standard veggies. I wouldn't come here again now that I'm really aware of the price and how much food you get. Most hot pot places come with free sauces but at this place u have to choose which one you want with your order which is weird. The place I usually go to gives a lot of great meat, veggies come with it, and the price is great! Won't come here again, it was a last minute pick because everywhere else was busy or closed.

I usually really enjoy going here & their food. However, today I ordered takeout. As I came in to grab my food, someone else was coming in to return food they were given on accident. Turns out that was my food & they still tried to give it to me afterwards. They were apologetic, but still during a pandemic, I was just expecting them to instantly offer to replace my food or give me a refund before offering for me to take it home.

The hubs wanted soup and noodles so I suggested we both go and try hot pot heaven. We were helped right away once walking in. They did check our temperatures before seating us. It's weird how this whole temperature checking is. Once we were seated and we're explained on how to order. We got a split pot; one side was mushroom and the other was seafood. We placed our order and went to pick out some things in the fridge area. It's pretty self explanatory with the colored plates and labels on prices. That was nice. After choosing some things in fridge area, our pot was coming out. Everything tasted delicious and warming. I eventually ended up sweating so much because I had so much soup. We really enjoyed our soups here. We kind of thought it was pricey for both of us but when we were asked if we needed a to go container, we thought oh that makes it worth it. We get to take all the soup home and enjoy at home. We seriously could make two bowls for both of us at home.Loved it! Will come back again.

It's really hard to go wrong with hot pot since you literally choose everything yourself. There are also so many options, so everyone in your party can enjoy what they want. Even for the vegans. Plus, my kids enjoy the experience of cooking themselves. I also love the different sauces to further enhance your food. A win all around.

Hot Pot Heaven has always been one of my go to places for hot pot meals. They have a lot of choices to choose from. I don't mind dining here solo, but it is more fun when you have someone to go with. My go to broth has always been the kimchi. It's spicy and flavorful, but the miso, mushroom, and Thai broths are also excellent choices. My meats of choice have always been the beef brisket and pork belly, but they also have seafoods and chicken if you prefer that. Meat here is the most expensive, which is another reason why it's nice to dine with people so that you can split the cost with your party. It can get quite expensive here so be careful to not go overboard with food. Colored plates will tell you how much you will pay. Green being cheapest; and dark blue being the most expensive. The water here doesn't taste very good, so I suggest you bring your own water, or order a drink. Go up to the refrigerators to grab your foods. You can choose your own veggies, seafood, starch (noodles), or eggs. Service is pretty good here. I like the town location a little bit more than this place, but overall, Hot Pot Heaven is my favorite place to go to for hot pot meals. They're next door to Sugarlina Bakeshop, which is perfect so that if you're craving dessert, they're right next door.

Great service for take out. Food was fantastic and our family had fun making our hot pot at home. Can’t wait to eat at the restaurant once we are able to again.

So i went to HotPot Heaven for dinner because i purchased 2 certificates from Restaurants.com, the manager says we discontinued these in 2017. Um, i purchased this in 2019 October. She bitches to me they don't make money so they stopped accepting it. Well, thats not right. I showed her my receipt of my purchase, the date of it and she just said sorry, we not accepting it.
