Considering this is a food truck that is permanently onsite at the Bowfin submarine, I was pleasantly surpislrised by the food.Ordering is easy, and they have a buzzer notification system for when your food is ready for pickup. Be aware that you can only access the truck directly by purchasing entrance to the Bowfin Otherwise, you can order food on the other side of a fence and pick it up there outside of the Bowfin pen area.I ended up getting a Bowfin burger. It was OUTSRANDING. It's one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. I was so hungry. I didn't remember to take a picture first, though...The burger has an Angus beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, crispy onion rings, rosemary aioli, and coleslaw. The taste and textures were spot on. If we were at the complex for a full day I would have gone back for another burger for another meal!If you get the chance to try their burger, go for it. If you do t like it, wrap it up and send it to me...lol

This is a food truck located inside the Bowfin area. To get food you'll have to either have tickets to the Bowfin exhibit or order online for pickup. All seating is outdoor but location is shaded under the patio of the museum building. Ordering is walk up, they give you a buzzer and you choose your seat. Once food is ready, head to the food truck to pickup from the window. Hubs got the Burger and coleslaw, daughter and I shared the tenders basket that came with fries. Since this is basically the only fit option other than a snack area on the other side of the harbor it does get rather busy. There were plenty of tables when we arrived but hubs sat at 1 to reserve for us. Good thing he did because it ended up filling up quick. The line for ordering was about 3 families deep and moved rather quickly. A bit of a wait for the food but tolerable. Food was very good and plentiful. Great burger!! Drinks available in the vending machines.

We were there last week and they were so busy they were using handheld buzzers to alert you when your food was ready. We didn’t know this, so all the tables around us were filled with other people also waiting on their food. If we knew the “line” was that long we wouldn’t have bothered. We waited 45 minutes for our food. It never showed up and we had timed tickets for the USS Arizona memorial, so we had to get a refund. I’ve worked food service and retail and I get that there is usually more going on behind the scenes than we know, but a heads up on the wait would have helped us avoid the mess of ordering and then cancelling and missing lunch.

After a day trip to the memorial and the submarine we indulged ourselves with the garlic fries and ohhhh sooo yummy! The lady was very nice and service was fast. A great idea to try and eat something after the tours.

Prices online are higher than at the stand. Cost you 22$ to get to the stand though, since you have to buy a tour ticket. Way to gouge your customers with already very expensive food. Pay no mind to the 'no service charge' as they clearly charge more

Placed an order for pick up from their QR Code at the hotdog stand after 30 minutes of not getting my 2nd email to track order I went to the Submarine ticket booth to inquire. You need to purchase tickets to get passed entry but the kind lady let me in to inquire about my order. Got to the window and asked about my order status, Ben states that the order machine was off so once he turned it on & accepted the order then they would start on it. He said it would be approximately 30 minutes. What a joke!!! Didn't even offer to expedite the order. I asked him to cancel my order. As I walked by the tables to head out I saw the food (didn't look that good...plain & actually heard someone say it wasn't good. I'm glad I didn't spend my money there!

Hawaiian Pulled Pork Tacos were a hit with the keiki with the pico de Gallo and Sriracha cream on the side (pix half esten). Chicken tenders were also really good!

Would highly not recommend. Order of chicken tenders and fries came without the chicken. What a disgrace! Fries were more flaccid than you know what. Burger tasted like a cross between my left buttcheek and a dead rabbit. The epitomy of a spoiled Big Mac. Burger said it came with onion rings. I think they meant onion ring- it only came with one! Can you imagine. To serve this food at such an incredible and inspiring monument was disheartening and disappointing to say the least
