Service was quickly. My drink was very good. Store was clean and workers were smiling. They greeted you as you entered.

Their smoothies are great and refreshing. Service is great, but I noticed that the prices are going up and the serving sizes are getting smaller.

This was the fastest service I had at this location... Deacon made my drink super fast!

Workers are extreme rude at this location, and will ignore their customers. Along with that I ordered the smoothie pictured, but somehow it tasted like peanut butter when that's clearly not even in the ingredients? I get this drink all the time and it does not taste ok...Either this location doesn't wash their blenders after each use or they like to add whatever they want to customers drinks, but either way management needs to fix this immediately because this is a joke. Hire new workers or retrain because this is absolutely ridiculous on top of the horrible service received

I drove there and couldn't get the acai bowl.. they were out of granola at 8am. The girl at the register just stared and didn't say anything before I ordered which was strange.. Place was empty and had 3 workers so it wasn't busy or anything.

I went in on a Monday at 3pm. There was one other customer that left just before I walked in. I already knew what I wanted to order, so I went straight to the register to do that. There were 3 employees standing right by the register having a conversation. They continued their conversation as I walked in and up to the register. They still continued their conversation as I stood there waiting for anyone of them to acknowledge there was a customer standing there wanting to order. I'm not a fan of Jamba, but my husband insisted he needed a smoothie, and this was the closest option. Anyway, if you're someone who likes at least decent service from a place you're spending your hard earned money at, I wouldn't recommend this location. At least a 'hello' upon entering, or a 'thank you' could have been better. *Hint* When people are spending money at your business, no matter how much or how little, they like to at least be acknowledged. This is how you get people to continue supporting businesses. Or just maybe have your employees learn some manners...

Apples and greens smoothie wasn't even blended and there was little to no flavor I don't recommend this location if that's your drink of choice.

Just came back from here with a Gotta Guava, with no guava in it. When I asked the girl if they forgot to put guava in, she started the blender and just said "Huh?" After I shouted to match the volume of her blending, she assured me there was guava in it, instead of asking if I wanted it remade. Taste like banana and pineapple. Disappointed.

Auwe! What poor customer service at this location. We went there today about 2:00-2:15. I waited for about 5 minutes at the register ...no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. Place was not busy, with only 2 other people waiting for their drinks. There appeared to be about 3-4 people working. A girl was doing some things near the register, then walked in the back. Again, no acknowledgment. A male worker was making a drink nearby so I asked him, why didn't she take my order? His response was that she was finished with her shift. I mentioned that customers are not being acknowledged. He looked at me with that deer in the headlights look, then disappeared in the back somewhere. How are customers suppose to know that?! Shouldn't there be a system in place that when one staff leaves the register, another takes over? No one came to the register, I walked out. My husband who had been waiting in the car, then went in. He said x2 people came in and received their drinks before him. Not sure where the manager on duty was, or if there was even one on duty...place looks like it's run by kids. Staff here definitely needs more training on customer service. So disappointing ...

Made my drink incorrect. I ordered a watermelon dream . I believe they made a watermelon breeze. So I asked the girl to please make another. The second version I got was no where near watermelon tasting at all. I was going to get my money back or ask for a THIRD drink but it was crowded! I just walked out in disgusted....

Sad how the employees don't know their drinks. There is a secret menu for a Reese Pieces, but they say (no such drink exists). Previously, I ordered this from this exact location. It does exist!Sorry you lost a customer (poor service) not coming back!(Should be zero stars to post a teview) you don't deserve a single star!

Need to cool off with all the walking from going to different shops in Pearlridge Mall? Then Jamba is the place to go. From smoothies, juices and acai bowls, they have something for almost everyone. My fav is the Tropical dragon. Wanted to try something new, so I ordered the Large Razzmatazz and had them split the order in 2 cups so I could share with my hubby. Comes out to 2 small orders, but cheaper in price - budget tip ;)It was okay, but next time I'll stick to my favs!

What an improvement:) must be the change in staff as the music isn't blasting and the staff actually are in a friendly service mood! Thank you!
