This was the first time I had went to the Pearlridge location as I typically would go to the food truck in Waipahu. The food itself was really good, no complaints at all, but my main issue was with the customer service. There was no greeting at all, they didn’t even announce or say anything when my food was ready to go, and in general the customer service was lacking. Also it would be nice to be asked if I wanted a bag before being charged as when I went to place the order the person taking the order automatically charged me for a bag even though i didn’t even need a bag. Personally in probably just going to stick with the Waipahu location unfortunately. I would recommend this place for the food, but not customer service wise, hence the overall neutral review.
