Grabbed a pre-made papaya salad from their booth at the aloha stadium swap meet. It was so stinkin hotttt out and the papaya was sitting in (non vented) containers under the sun. I felt if it was in a cooler spot, the salad would have tasted fresher. It was very basic though. Papaya, tomatoes, garlic, chili, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce. I did like the addition of long beans!

Have had Olay's only at their traveling show at trade shows and always good...consistent quality and spicy in a good way. Only problem is we live out on the Windward side so far away from the restaurant but hope that one day they will branch out to Kaneohe.

I ordered it again! Stuck to the Wok Fry. I'm attaching photos Veggie Stir fry Eggplant Very very tasty. I was a few bites in when I realized mine had no spice. It was so delicious I didn't even notice. Last time I didn't comment on the spice but let me do so now. So their levels are very accurate. If you can handle spice, but you don't need you face-melting off, then go for Hot; if you are slightly less bold but want spice, then Medium. Neither of those made my nose run. I do have a high threshold. This time I picked "hot" for both my entrees. Last time I got one hot one medium. Fingers crossed next time they get my spice added in. I'm just glad it was vegan. I mean... it was all plants, right?? Right? --- I'll know in a few hours if that oyster sauce had any really oysters. Eek!! Be sure to ask them to LABEL your dishes *vegan*. I forgot and without the label, you don't have reassurance. I said no cilantro and no bean sprouts, and they got that right!! Thanks so much. Also, hubby got pad Thai which he stated had spice and tastes "much better than the average," so he is looking forward to his leftovers (because their portions are pretty HEFTY) and ordering again in the future. So yeaaah... Olay in my Tummay twice in one week is luxury.

Since this meal was soooo good I went the next day for lunch and had the panang (peanut curry). OMG so tasty. The sauce was so flavorful. I totally enjoyed it. Maybe a little spicier next time. Haha. I also ordered the spring rolls. The ingredients were so fresh and the dipping sauce was amazing. Thanks for continuing to be open and serve in these trying times.

We went to the Kaiser HS Farmers market and they are always busy with a huge line so we figure it must be really good. We ordered the spring rolls, yellow curry with sticky rice and green curry with jasmine rice. I'm trying to be empathetic since we're in a pandemic and this was at a farmers market (vs restaurant) but it wasn't good. Yellow curry was ok and spring rolls were nice and crispy. The green curry was not good. It tasted burnt like they scooped the ends of it. The chicken looked a funky color and the green color looked as if the curry was cooking for too long. Rice was also mushy so maybe it was towards the end of it? They didn't separate the rice and curry like they do at some Thai restaurants so maybe that was the reason? I don't know but we didn't finish our food and ended up throwing it away. I hate wasting but there was no other choice. I won't go again but looks like other people like it!
Discussing and dirty food. Watch them set up at the market and see how dirty the equipment, serving trays and van is. When they open their tables watch how many cockroaches go running ?

I can't express how much i love their food. Its so amazing. If you want a quick Thai food this is the place to get your Pad Thai Noodle and Spring Rolls

I ordered take out here the other day. I ordered chicken panang curry, beef basil stir fry, and mango sticky rice dessert. Everything was tasty especially loved their mango sticky rice. The portions was pretty good too. They do free delivery if you order a set minimum amount.
