Im very upset with my experience here. I'm not mad at the mall but I'm mad at the business that is being run here. It's a skincare shop that always has a person asking if you want a sample. I was approached by a man and he asked if I wanted a sample. I received the sample, he then becomes extremely rude and decided to say that I have horrible skin and what products do I use. He asks me my age and says I need help with my skin. I was extremely pissed because how dare he comment that I have horrible skin and then I was about to walk away and then he says you're just going to take the sample. I am so upset the way this man disrespected me. He was ridiculing me. I do have sensitive skin but for him to clearly belittle me and insult me with my skin is unacceptable. I walked away and left because I was very upset. I would never treat anyone let alone a customer with the utmost disrespect. I would like to report this store. The products they sell is TRUFFOIRE. Do not interact with any of the employees. The man that disrespected me was tall, slim, and Caucasian. I'm very upset and I hope this place closes down for the disrespect and rudeness they caused me.
