Service is good but everyday is different with my coffee. If it's not too much milk there's not enough milk or too much water barely coffee since i paid for quad shots and sometimes I order Venti I get Grande like I don't understand.

Was ready to pick up my coffee for work but apparently a girl decided to give attitude while i was just wondering if my order was ready as i ordered it 20-25 minutes before arriving there. she said “did you look behind you?” as i looked with her like “did she really just talk to me like that?”Anywho, it’s 9 am in the morning, if you stressed at your job, check your tone, don’t throw it on customers, and especially when you’re making drinks for them.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a tall latte today. I tell the barista I want to use my rewards for the sandwich. I look at my app and see she used my rewards for both items. I told her if I wanted to use the rewards on the latte, I would've ordered a venti. . And to add to that, if I had paid for my latte which is what I wanted to do, I would've completed my Starbucks challenge and earn 20 bonus points.

Sadly I have been a BIG supporter of Starbucks even I know the wait may take longer due to short staff. Unfortunately, this location's staff are rude or maybe don't know what they're doing especially the tall thin barista!Not coming back here again!!!

So I went in today around 15 minutes before they closed. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe. They told me a few seconds after that they didn't have mocha anymore and offered to replace it with white mocha. Once I got my drink, the barista offered to make me another drink if I wasn't satisfied with the drink I got. I was more than satisfied with the drink I got. I didn't catch their names but they were really kind and thoughtful. Amazing Service!
