The staff are friendly and give great suggestions. The wintermelon tea is good. They have a punch card system for future visits. There is a parking lot and stalls in front of the store. You have to wait a few mins for the drink but they do have a few spots to sit at on the store.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures here. They are outdated. The inside looks nothing like the cool, hip coffee shop in the pictures here. There are no tables, only a few bar stools facing a wall, and a room divider taking half the room hiding some storage boxes on the corner. I did not try the teas or coffee because I wanted to sit and enjoy it on site. I guess that now they’re to-go only.

Decent milk tea. Got their signature milk tea with boba. The taste of the tea was pretty good, but the bobas didn’t have that much flavor. And I ran out of boba when I still had a quarter of the drink left. Service speed was ok and prices are average.

Nice service, and the tea is made pretty quickly. It’s super reliable and they give you stamp cards. Really just a quick fix if you need your tea bad and you don’t want to go too far for the other ones.

I had the 32oz size chocolate shake for just $8. It was huge. Good taste. My wife had the winter melon tea. She loved it. Get a stamp card. Great friendly service.

Still a favorite neighborhood boba shop. I still enjoy Tea Cafe as I did when I last reviewed this place four years ago, but it's also had some changes--the cafe hasn't been open for indoor seating since the pandemic, and I have a new favorite drink, winter melon milk tea! I go to specific boba shops for specific drinks, and Tea Cafe is definitely my go-to spot for the winter melon milk tea. I've tried this same drink at another local boba chain, and theirs was too watery and bland. A couple other spots say lowering the sweetness of their winter melon drinks means lessening the winter melon flavor. Tea Cafe's winter melon milk tea at 50% sweetness still had the right amount of winter melon flavor. I let my husband have that drink, while I had a Hong Kong milk tea for myself. I wish we switched drinks! It's not that the Hong Kong tea wasn't good, but the winter melon milk tea was amazing! The cafe still uses stamp cards (after 10th drink/stamp, a drink up to $6 is free). Really good spot for dessert after dining at or getting takeout from Young's Kalbee, Pho Time, Queen Street Cafe, or any neighboring restaurant!

Great drinks and great fast service! They usually have a drink on special as well. I love their oolong milk tea with tea jelly. Their passion fruit tea is also really good. Their pineapple orange smoothie is a good option for a non-caffeinated drink seeker. It's a good blend of tart and sweet, and made with real fruits. Another one of my favorite non-caffeinated drinks is the honey dew smoothie. This place has a drink for everyone.
