This is hands down the best Korean food restaurant whenever I think of Korean food. There is wait either on the phone or in line but it is so well worth it. The owner has a photographic memory and makes it an effort to remember all of her customers. She still asks me about my children who are grown and out of the house. I am happy they survived the pandemic and we are still able to enjoy them. If you want delicious meat or fish jun, this is the place to go.Parking: Hard to find parking.

While it’s one of the legendary Korean spots in this part of the island, I didn’t think it quite lived up to the hype. My eyes were popping at the price per plate here…even the mini plates here cost as much as or more than a normal plate at other Korean places. I got the meat jun plate and while it did come with a good amount of food, it still didn’t really match the price. The taste was fine…I would put it at above average, but not definitively the best I’ve ever had.Then there was the wait. It took a whole 45 minutes to get my food. I can’t think of any food that would be worth standing in a hot parking lot for that amount of time.

Parking can be a bit tight and it’s take-out only for now but the service was amazing and fast and the Kalbi was obviously cooked and seasoned nicely and there was plenty of white rice too! Will definitely be coming back!

Young's is still operating as take-out only, and I highly recommend calling in your order ahead of time, because they are busy, esp. around dinner time. We placed an order for 4 plates. Each plate came with a generous portion of meat, rice, and ban chan (seaweed and bean sprouts), and none of us could finish our plates except for one of our sons who ate all of his kal bi (but of course he did not touch the ban chan!). The only thing I wish they had is a variety of ban chan that you can choose from. But aside from that, you can't go wrong with the food here (so long as you place your order way in advance).
