Rudest cashier EVER. I'm so sad that the place I've been coming to since as far as I can remember is now the place I dread going to horrible service, mean and rude workers, mediocre food.... when will I learn.

Double check your order before you walk away. Part of my order was a Prime Cheeseburger (no sauce) Super Zip Deal (includes French fries and a large drink). When I got home, I discovered there was NO fries, and NO cheese on my cheeseburger.

Called in my order about 10-15 mins before I wanted to pick it up. They answered quickly and professionally. Fast and easy pick up and no line! Went around lunch time on a Friday. Parking is a little tight but there are many great shops around.But dang zippy's is getting expensive! $20 for a mini korean chicken and a zip pac.

Zippy’s Express was a nice place to stop before going to your next destination, either home or appointments.

Came here for breakfast (craving fried rice)at around 8am because our car was being worked on and they were close by. Place order for loco moco and Portuguese sausage eggs with fried rice. Clerk says oh we no more fried rice here, only white rice. I said its on your menu. She didnt know and turn to someone who I believe was a manager and said you put up sign that said fried rice. (manager came out later and looked at the sign). I should have looked at my receipt because when my order was called, in the confusion she forgot to put in my loco moco order so my husband had to wait while I ate mine. Not going there again. 1 star for cleanliness.
